Not to happy. I paid 20 dollars for a combo and a burger so you would think it would have been done better, You have one job to do and it's done very poorly. I get you dont care about your jobs and it shows. Got a large fry and I was half full of cold fries, got big Mac with extra extra extra Pickles and it literally had 2 Pickles and the paddy's were stale, even the drink was watered-down. Will not be ever going back there again. McDonald's used to be so good, what happened.

They messed up my order, mistakes happen I understand but the attitude when fixing the mistake was very disappointing. I ordered a meal with a fries and large iced coffee with some other burgers as well, I was asked to park while they made the order, I was handed the wrong size coffee but didn’t complain,then when they brought out the food there was no fries. I politely let the guy who brought the food out I was missing a fries and he was cool and ran back inside. Then a lady who looked very unimpressed walked to my car with a bag and said “you didn’t order fries.” I explained the situation about the meal and wrong sized drink she handed me the fries and walked away rolling her eyes. I don’t like being made to feel like I’m the problem when I simply asked for the proper order.

Food was put together extremely poorly. Everything was too one side of the food container almost as if they dropped the food order. The dining room had lots of employees hanging around and goofing off plus almost all the tables were dirty. The drink station was extremely dirty with pop all over the counter.

Too inconsistent for me. Some days great fresh hot tasty then next time opposite. I now frequent Wendy's Fast Eddie's but like Arby's the best.

Great place to satisfy your cravings, as the food they provide is so delicious like any of the McD. Great service by the employers and they support a lot of students to find an earning to survive in this country.It would have been better if there was enough information provided for a new customer, like to get refills for their drinks and find extras.Just to say as a thing which need improvement, not a major thing though.Personally, like the location of McD which has a lot of restaurants and cafés. The lane is a paradise for foodies and long distance travellers.

Last 3 times we've been there they haven't got our order right. The dipping sauce is always missing and fries were barely cooked. Not happy at all anymore with this location. Going forward I'll drive the extra and go to the Caledonia one.

Typically the wait times aren’t too awful, depending on the time of day. The service is pretty average at best, not too bad and not too great either. The drinks are usually good, particularly the new Fruit Splash Beverages. The food is alright, typically sloppily made which can be quite irritating. Can’t beat the convenience of the summer drink days however!

Went to McDonald's after school for a snack, and got Fish O Filet. We had to wait 5-10 minutes, but didn't mind, as we thought it would be fresh. I started eating, and I get stomach pain after finishing and usually doesn't happen. Disappointed, McDonald's was my favourite restaurant before, looks like it doesn't stay that way. Food isn't fresh, they will give you oldff food :(

This location used to be great I think over the last few months it must have had n ownership change or management change. The wait times are extremely long now, staff are getting orders incorrect. The staff don’t seem to know what they are doing there is no systemic approach like you see in most McDonald’s. I’ve heard management yelling at staff in the back on two occasions which I find very unprofessional. This review is based off my visits from the last month or so this is not a hastily written review or a one off experience.
