Terrible accounting firm. Will file your taxes late. You pay the CRA penalty fee and you pay the accountant too! What a great deal if you like to lose money!How very funny they have decided to reply to my very old review. By calling me a liar. Well I have email proof that they refused to come and pick up my documents. I asked him to come 3 to 5 times. And then the CRA sent me a penalty letter.I will never recommend this company to anyone ever and I hope this company goes bankrupt.

One of the worst person you can possibly visit.. so u prefession that he will make sure u suffer a lot, he will delay ur tax filing as much as he can . Never go to this person. Heed my warning

This guy messed up all my accounts and did not submit my T2 as he claimed to have. It was all zeros, as corporation notice of assessment. He charged me for my taxes and did practically nothing, despite numerous reminders.I will have to get a refund of fees paid to him, so my new accountant can redo all the taxes.Imagine running a company and being treated so badly like him.This is really really terrible.

This is not a real business, it is a scam. Do not come here, do not pay for anything. Total waste of time, they don't actually do any of the work requested.

Do not get you taxes done here! They filed my taxes 8 months late and that's with me asking them to do them. They wouldn't have if I hadn't asked. This is the biggest scam. You pay them to do your taxes and they do not even do so. I now owe the CRA money because these people decided not to do their job. How do you run a tax firm and not do people's taxes? Crazy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Please save your time and do not deal with this joke of a place. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck with them for 2 years and all I can say is I regret my decisions. They filled our taxes late both years and I’ve had to pay extra for it both times. Don’t bother trying to call in, they will never answer the phone or tell you nobody is in to take the complaint. On top of everything its the most disorganized place I’ve been to with paper stacks everywhere with peoples information laying out in the open for EVERYONE to see. Needless to say I will never be giving them my business ever again and I hope you choose the same route as well. Save your time and money and go to an actual professional.March 21st 2023 - Yes I have the right company I still have your blue folder sitting right in-front of me and I’m still going through the hassles from last year with the CRA which has gone on now for 10 months... Fair warning to everyone and avoid it’s not worth your time or money. This is my only review I’ve ever made so for me to go this extent shows that I had a terrible experience.

Non Existent service levels.Will not return any phone calls.Struggled to get my non-complete taxes back after multiple requests.Will be much happier to work with a professional tax service.One star is too much.
