Fifteen Twelve Salon - Toronto Hair Salon

I’ve been going to Chris for 4 years now and refuse to see anyone else. He’s amazing at colour correction, bleaching, and cuts. He recently moved salons to Fifteen Twelve and my experience there was nothing short of amazing. The staff are super friendly, even the hairdressers that were not servicing me said hello. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and very welcoming. They also take covid restrictions/our health seriously which made me feel so comfortable. I’m excited to go back!

I love this salon for its chill yet welcoming atmosphere and beautiful setting. It's also conveniently located and easy to get to. Tory is amazing and does an incredible job with my hair. I have thick curly hair and not everyone knows how to cut it well (as I've unfortunately experienced in the past) but Tory not only knows what they're doing but is able to do it quickly and beautifully. I literally get compliments from strangers on the street on my hair cut! 10/10 recommend

Chris has been my hairstylist for about two years now and he does an amazing job every time. I've been bleaching my hair for many years and Chris helps me keep it healthy and looking great! The salon is super cute and clean, i always look forward to each appointment!

Got a haircut from Chris, and its the best haircut i've ever gotten! I have never had anyone cut my hair the way he did. Amazing technique, that produced amazing results. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had my hair cut by Tory, after not having been to a salon in many, many years. I was somewhat nervous but Tory was lovely and listened well and gave me the best haircut. They razor cut and diffused it for a very manageable and easy care style. I feel like a new person. Don't hesitate to check Tory out. I'm so glad I did. Thanks again!

I really recommend. Absolutely terrific salon. They have a selection of snack and drinks. You get a complimentary drink with a haircut.I got my hair done by Anton and he’s done an absolutely amazing job ! Very careful, great attention to detail and listening skills. Truly a master of his craft.I think this might be the best haircut experience I had in Toronto. I’m typically very scared of going but this was great .Thank you !

I went for my first ever injections appointment with Nurse Emily and it was such an incredible experience!Firstly, the salon is gorgeous, vibey, super clean and professional all rolled into one!And then!!: meeting Emily was like meeting with an old friend, she is so comforting, so knowledgeable and overall just made my first experience wonderful. I cannot wait to come back to the space soon :)

It was my first haircut and dyeing in Toronto, and my God, it's an absolutely beautiful place. Cat did her job just great! I feel self-confident with this hair. She's a real professional in her field. The atmosphere is just super, the staff is caring and very friendly! Thank you guys for a wonderful time!!!

Today I had a gloss service and a haircut which was booked months in advance. I live outside of the city and due to an unexpected road closure I was running 10 minutes behind. When I called the salon to inform them they let me know that they would be unable to accommodate the gloss service. I was disappointed they would not be able to accommodate but understood it was necessary to not throw off their schedule.However, when it came time to pay for my haircut, the receptionist said I had to pay 50% of the gloss service as a cancellation fee per their policy. When I questioned her about this, she said that gloss appointments are typically 45 minutes but mine was booked for 30 minutes and I would have been informed about this when I booked the appointment (I was not).I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years, and have never been late to an appointment before. The salon was very apathetic to the entire situation and for how I was treated today, I will unfortunately not be returning in the future.

Chris is amazing! Really chill vibe, a perfectionist and master of his craft. Also loved the vibe in general at the salon. Highly recommend - but yes, it is pricey so just know this in advance.
