Was very upset with the customer service here. I thought I was being a very reasonable customer, it seemed we were all getting along, and at the last minute I was treated very poorly.

We had a really bad experience... I think that it is probably a personality issue with the wife's owner rather than a service issue but my husband was accused of lying and told rather rudley to not come back!!! We were picking up our boat from storage and a couple of pins that we need to secure the protector in front of the trailer were missing. The protector had been removed for storage by them. He tried to explain the issue and she got agitated and basically told him to get lost and not comeback. He went back inside to try to fix things and got the same response. So, we went to the next marina down the road.... if you want reliable service I would NOT recommend this place. Better avoid surprises.

Jim and his Wife are awesome, were able to help with my started the same day even though I was doing the work myself. Have returned a couple more times for other issues and Val always takes the time to get the answers or has Jim speak to me directly. Very happy I started going there and will use them when ever I need help with the boat. Keep up the awesome customer services. Thank you

We are actually Josh's parents writing the review. Jim and Val are the nicest people and Jim has been incredible with our boat. I think he is an incredible boat mechanic. Val handles the books and products is so competent and accommodating. We were stranded on the lake and they arranged a pick up for us and Jim even helped haul us out of the lake after hours on the weekend in amazing winds. I cant say enough. We will continue to use there services. They are not just great, they seem like friends.

Jim and Val have done work on my boats for over 40 years. Their work is high quality and they ensure the boat is well maintained. They are fair, open, positive, and easy going owners. I strongly recommend them if you want high quality marine maintenance and repair.

Jim and Val got us back up and going after battling a nagging gear oil leak for two years after a drive link was replaced by another repair shop since Jim was too backlogged with work to repair our boat. When Jim was done the repair the boat shifted and sounded like brand new! Thanks so much for the excellent work!

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced they are very nice until they get your money after that they don't care at all I would not recommend them to anyone terrible terrible service
