Have open lines, so when folks call they can get through, I've been a customer from before the women who owned it died, now I believe her husband is the one controlling the store. I always purchase from this store even though at times I feel cheated and times sold items that has been opened already or expired etc. Recently I requested for a huge tub of shampoo that can wash my household hair, and trusting he would give me shampoo, he gave me a huge tub of hair conditioner instead. I'm a bit upset because I spend a lot for it. I should of properly examined this label but I honestly believed it was shampoo, so I'm heading back to the store to get it changed or my money back either one is fine as I'm not the one to frighten anyone

Store does not open on time..opening time says 11am.its now 11:25am and the store is still closed..smh

Really nice place and a pleasant man. Prices are TOO HIGH, very unreasonable. I would recommend Clore Beauty Supply or BSW Beauty Supply, they have all the same things cheaper and at a reasonable price.

Small store but it has variety which is good. Local business and black owned...which is awesome. Some items seemed a bit pricey.Owner was welcoming.

Horrible experience. The guy wasn’t helpful at all and some of the products were open from the container and some of the products were stacked very poorly, almost tipping over. The store smelled horribly and there was a mop bucket full of dirty water in the corner of the store. Poor maintenance and this store deserves 0 stars. Never coming back.

Overpriced and it reeked of bleach. I could not breathe in there. No one should be charging $9.99 for Blue Magic, $15.99 for ORS monoi shampoo and $2.99 for 30 pieces of rubber bands. I would not go here again. Unfortunately the Asians operate beauty supply stores better.

This man deals w me and my kids righteously. I will always check for what I need here first bc of that.

Horrible experience and rude owner, doesn’t want to look at things that I want to buy. Prices were not mentioned as well.

Called this business with an inquiry the man who answered the phone was helpful at all. He was abrupt and then simply hung up the phone. I will waste my money or time and purchase from this business. Poor customer service.
