Product LED Strip Fixture Kit LEDSTR2KWe have three of these units and all the drivers (transformers) have failed in under two years. Warranty is only one year on that piece of the package. So far have replaced three and the first of the replacements is now failing. At another $25 each for the driver not worth the time or money.

Careful what product you buy... Just because of the Liteline name and higher than average price does not mean you are getting a quality product. I bought 6 SLM-PUCK1-12H90WH slim puck lights for under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen and was disappointed with the quality of the light. Lack of red component in the light means that the light appears lifeless and has a greyish yellow tone despite the advertised 90 CRI. The light does not come on right away when the switch is turned on; there is a 1-2 second delay. Also, even when paired with the recommended Liteline 12 volt dimmable driver, the dimming range for these lights is below average.

Imagine firing someone who can't work a shift they NEVER asked for(because the director was too lazy to hire someone who could) when their mom is severely ill says more than enough. I would NEVER do business with this company. It says alot about the standards of a company when you have a director who acts like he's 6 years old that works 3hrs a day at best. If he was there the other 5hrs of the day he would notice the lack of focus and direction this company has simply because he doesn't care. He doesn't have time for that because when he decides to actually do work he stops his friends" on the middle of the floor (who were working) just to lift his pot belly and throw terrible martial arts kicks. The worst part which is NOT surprising based on how they treat their employees..no integrity..no accountability..no respect for people. There are far better companies to work with. Trust me."

Liteline is an awesome company in terms of lighting products and overall corporation culture.

Do not buy anything from liteline. Seems like 2 years after purchasing many products, bulbs are all discontinued and can't get them anywhere. I'm ripping out fine working lighting systems because I cannot find the bulbs anywhere, liteline no helpnwhatsoever

The only lights we’ll recommend installing! Quality is first thing on the docket, and the faces which are graced with their lights end up smiling and telling friends and family about them! Why look at little dots when you can have the decor of a halogen look while achieving g the energy savings of LED?! Thanks guys! We went through a major renovation at our home and part of it was adding potlights throughout our house. We went with Liteline potlights and Caseta switches (for automation), but unfortunately this combination led to buzzing and flickering. This was likely due to our home though, we have had widespread flickering with sections of potlights/lights before. Liteline was incredible with their support and after spending time carefully analyzing our situation, they recommended a Wiz product that Liteline offers, which is basically smart potlights that pair with Liteline Controllers" (switches). I have not used such a flawless product before. No flickering. No buzzing. No issues with pairing. All that and I have the ability to choose between a full range of RGB colours at a whim
