This company should get a ZERO STAR for this review but google makes me put a 1 starWe came to this place for lunch, After the food was made my wife added nuts and went to sit down with her food, they were still making my order of Pad Thai. When my food finished I added some nuts and a cockroach fell out from the container. I we asked for our money back, The guy told us that he sees cockroaches here everyday they are everywhere. He just acted like it was a normal thing for him.We contacted Thai Express head office and they said they were sorry and they would go to the store the next day and give us a call back. Since then that day the head office never called us back, We tried to follow up a week later and they never called back when we left a message.Unfortunately I didn't get the picture of the cockroach on my food, I wish I thought of that at the time but I was just shocked this actually happened and didn't think about it.

Not sure what happened, this was my go to EVERYTIME I visit white oaks.. I order pad thai a little spicy, which is exactly what I order. There were zero vegetables, zero tofu, very little taste and no spice. My husband ordered there because I did, he got the pad sew (#8) it was gummy and flavorless and beef was pretty much invisible.I'm sorry to leave this review as I LOVED it here. Just hoping something can be done to rectify this if it can be. This was my fav place to eat.

I have been going to Thai Express for years. I have always found the food to be consistent. This was not the case. Easily the worst experience at a Thai Express. Had pad Thai and general TSO chicken. Neither my wife or I were satisfied. We ended up throwing most of it out and getting food elsewhere. Such a WASTE.

I am a great fan of thai express. I love the pad thai very much. Especially the thin guy working there is very dedicated and hard working. Overall, the taste and service is pretty much appreciatable.

we ordered basil fried rice with beef.The meat was chewy and had an awful taste..was also rubbery.Rice wast cooked enough. The platter barely had pineapple( 5 small pieces)..Not recommended.

So wonderfully fresh and delicious!-1 star because they did not answer their phone at all, all morning while I was trying to place and order for pick up. *Edit* I've now tried calling repeatedly on various days... no-one ever picks up.-2 stars No red curry available for more than 3 weeks. Had someone picked up the phone I wouldn't have wasted my 30 minutes of lunch driving here.

Ordered off of Ubers eats today and ordered 2 general Thairacha. Didn’t taste anything like chicken, all I smelt and tasted was fish. Seems like they don’t clean the pans before cooking someone’s order. Horrible experience

The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the chicken pad thai which was awesome. My friend had a beef pad seew which was also very good.

Order beef pho, disgusting... u guys should be ashamed of yourself. Cold broth no flavour, i hope this place goes out of business!!!

My husband always stops here for Pad Thai, extra egg, extra chicken, peanut sauce, medium spicy. He says it's the best he's ever eaten anywhere, he won't get it anywhere else. Excellent food, friendly staff, hard working folks.
