Reserved a bus for an annual baseball trip from Hamilton down to Cincinnati. Arrived at pickup location and no bus was there. A phone confirmation was done the previous day. We called several times and just got the run around, ended up having to drive ourselves down…3 hours later after they kept telling us a bus was coming and then admitted they messed up.Just a disappointment

We chartered a mini couch to take 20 girls to a gymnastics camp in Quebec from Toronto. I have to say from the beginning till the drop off the service was 5 stars.We spoke with Richard who was in charge of the booking and organizing the trip. He was super friendly, patient as I drove him nuts with questions, and was very professional.Our driver Ariff was so professional, friendly, and super accommodating. If ever ordering a coach I highly recommend asking for him.Overall excellent experience and would book again next year.Thank You for your service.

Leaving a bad review regarding the wrong bus arriving for our event! We booked a bus with a washroom 4 months in advance and the bus that arrived was incorrect. I have now called 8 times and sent three emails to receive a refund for the bus I had paid for and did not receive but no one will respond to my messages, hopefully someone higher up will see this and actually reply.

My ball team rented a bus to go to Cincinnati for a tournament. We got a confirmation number from them and a follow up email confirmation the day before that the bus would pick us up at 8am including the drivers contact info. When we called the driver at 8:20am, we woke him up and he said the company never gave him the confirmation. They jerked us around for 3 more hours before we loaded up in our personal vehicles and are currently driving to Cincinnati ourselves. What a brutal let down! This company is terrible. I highly would not recommend! They should have a “use at own risk” warning on their website! 0 stars!

Used their service yesterday and I was very please, the reviews did have me worried, but they assured me throughout the process that they had made changes and would be able to support what I needed. They had the fleet and the drivers and all my 30+ passengers being picked up from multiple locations around the GTA said they're drivers were nice and professional. Thank You again. Tours Coach Canada went above and beyond my expectations! I initially had chartered a bus for a Buffalo Bills game but when the weather turned awful and the game was moved, Tours Coach Canada worked with me to find an ample solution. They quickly answered each of my concerns and provided frequent updates.Thank you to Gladwin, Richard and all of those who assisted my case and answered my many emails/calls. :)Any events requiring a bus I will with no doubt return to Tours Coach Canada!
