Beautiful community, safe and secure. Located in the Cowichan Valley boasting a Mediterranean climate surrounded by an outstanding golf course, numerous vineyards and magnificent ocean views. This community is well maintained and pride of ownership is evident. Active lifestyle with tennis, swimming, kayaking, golf, etc. and many social events such as block parties and wine club events. You will not find a better place to enjoy retirement!

The place itself is breathtaking and extremely well kept most of the people are very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately I did meet a person that shouldn't be on the welcoming committee

Arbutus ridge it has a beautiful scenic view. a perfect place for the retirement people,I was full in love in this place, the first time I saw oh my God I can't imagine the beauty ,look like I was in paradise..thank's God..

I have lived here for 6 years and you will not find a better place in Canada to enjoy the pleasures of life. It's a gated manned security community, so one star ratings are likely from people who have been denied entry, as this is truly the home of the active healthy lifestyle for people approaching or at retirement.

Our home now. Perfect location near Victoria but close to Mill Bay, Shawnigan Lake, & Cowichan Bay. Great pickleball nearby. Great landscaping waterfront community. Secure entry. Beautiful sunrises. Lots of small farms for fresh food, eggs, wine etc.
