I feel so lucky to met a person like “LORI”, this lady helped my friend to fix his EI process,she is:- Very professional- Helping you to understanding your situation- She have a good patient to explain everything to you even if you have language border- She is very nice and polite person- She doing her job in the perfect way- She try to fix your problem with the short time as much as she canI wish to see ppl like her in all government services.Thank you so much LORI

Excellent service by Service Canada! (Dundas street office)We went there for getting our Social Insurance Number (SIN). The process was very smooth. Well guided by Dinesh at the front desk and the staff in counter number 1. We got our SIN number in 15 minutes.

We went here for applying for our passports (for my hubby and my daughter -6 months old.) I read good reviews on this place and I cannot agree more! The security guard was so nice and checked if we had all the documents ready. We lined up by 8am and we were out by 8:50am. I do recommend getting there early and line up. It worths it!The lady who processed our applications was so nice and efficient! Kudos to everyone who works there! Thank you so much for being so amazing ❤️

A great experience! I went with my friend to get his new passport so that he could travel a month from now.We got there around 8:20am and there were a 8 people ahead of us. Surprisingly, we were met with a person as soon as the doors opened at 8:30am.She was more than helpful, especially when met with a few complications-I won’t get into that ‘cause this review will be way too long lol.Even with those complications, we were out the door by 9:20am.The service was great, the person that helped us was amazing, her name is Cibelle btw. She was patient, kind, and more than willing to give us a helping hand by offering solutions to resolve our problem the same day. Which it was.Definitely recommend going to this location!

I came in last minute (5 minutes before closing)and was greeted by the friendliest staff. I knew nothing about what I needed done and they patiently walked me through the process with not one bit of a rush. Jennifer was the one who helped me and she was an ABSOLUTE GEM. So compassionate, understanding, and perfect at what she does. Hats off to you Jennifer and all your great co-workers !

Went to renew my passport, no appointment. I arrived at 8:15am and there were ten people in line ahead of me. The security guard was friendly and asked what I was there for and made sure I had all the correct documents, asked if I was okay with passport taking up to 30 days. He also had a box of masks for people (masks are mandatory inside).Doors opened right at 8:30 and I was processed and waiting to see the Passport Officer by 8:35.Jennifer was so helpful and friendly which was such a nice energy in the early morning. She checked my application and helped me correct mistakes/missing info. I paid by 8:50 and was out by 9:00.Underground parking cost me $6.Weather was snowy this morning which could’ve attributed to why it was less busy. The indoor lineup looks like it accommodate around 25-30 people maybe? Then it continues out the door which didn’t happen this morning since there were maybe 20 people in line when doors opened. When I left at 9am, there was no line.

Friendly, efficient staff. Little to no wait. Easy access by TTC/GO - or you can park at the lot behind the building for a couple bucks. I came here after deciding not to wait an hour in line at the Mississauga location and couldn't recommend it more!

The lady at the front desk (was told her name is Julia) and Al, who processed my passport application, were both very amazing! They made my application process very smooth and fast - I got here at 11am and got out at 12pm (I was expecting to wait hours). I would definitely come back here in the future for the efficient service and polite staff!
