My daughter saw Dr. Carter there for a few years and he was fantastic. After he retired Dr. Ward took over and her treatment continued without any problems. She also lost a retainer after her braces were removed and they replaced that for us. I found the staff friendly. I did not have any problems with parking as I always found a spot beside the church.

I had my Invisalign treatment done at Docbraces and I’m very happy with the results. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend checking them out!

Highly recommend, the staff is the best and makes you feel super comfortable! I’ve been going since I was a teenager and have never once had any problems, they get me in as soon as I need something (which is quite often) if you’re looking for a friendly place, come here! You won’t be disappointed

I am pleased with my experience with Docbraces! They're understanding, knowledgeable, and in the 3 years I've had my braces on, they've consistently provided gentle care and service for my teeth! The staff never fail to be warm and welcoming each time I come in, making my visits always comfortable. Not to mention, the place is kept clean and tidy all the time! Very pleasant experience with a very well educated, welcoming and kind staff. My case was little bit different, I had braces for over 5 years which I saw Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Carter at first, After they retired I saw Dr. ward which continued my treatment and maintained constant communication between my periodontist for dental implants and dentist for regular check ups. Every time I need to see them urgently and get a new pair of retainers or get my retainers adjusted they will see me as soon as they can.

Very disappointed. Have to wait for a long time almost every time (last time it took 80 minutes to wait for my appointment in the waiting room). And it costs a lot. I pay for every appointment, no one pays for the time I have to leave my work for so long. I am pregnant also, so this waiting time is very difficult for me. I also had four different doctors changed during my treatment, which doesn't help at all. I also have to pay for the parking as it's in the centre, so, again, it costs a lot.

It took over 4 years for my daughter to have her teeth fixed. But I would definitely say they did an amazing smile for her.Their clinic is bright and clean. There's free parking or transit is just nearby. Dr. Forbes is easy to talk to. The staff are courteous, nice and knowledgeable especially Angela. I would definitely recommend Docbraces Cityplace Mall.

I was very disappointed with the staff and professionalism and Cityplace Orthodontics. I called to book an appointment and explained that I needed a new retainer because I had some dental work done that had changed the shape of my front teeth. I explained that I had braces done by another ortho 20+ years ago, but hadn't been back since and was referred to them by my dentist as he didn't feel comfortable doing the retainer himself. No problem! They booked me an appointment for the following day. An hour and a half before my appointment (and 25 mins after receiving an appointment confirmation) they called to tell me that they had to cancel my appointment because my original treatment was not done at their office despite the fact that I had explained the situation in detail when I first called to book. When I questioned this they said it was because they didn't have my records, but when I asked why they needed my records to take an impression of my teeth, they had no answer. I was told to go see my" ortho (from 20+ years ago) or get my dentist to do it. I was upset because by this point I had taken time off work and was not informed until almost 24 hrs after booking that they wouldn't see me for something that is time sensitive. I would never recommend Cityplace Orthodontics and have let my dentist know about my experience after he referred me there. Thankfully I was able to book in elsewhere and the cost for the retainer is going to be less expensive. Lesson learned."

Thank you so much for the excellent experience over the past 3 years. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly staff that go above and beyond to make your visit the best it can be! My son has never had to wait for to be seen, the are very prompt. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and parking is a breeze!I would 100% recommend Doc Braces to anyone that enjoys great service with a smile! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
