I didn’t read it realize how critical it was to maintain your dryer vent until my dryer nearly caught fire yesterday morning. I contacted David and he was quick to show up the next day to clean out my dryer vent. Mason‘s Chimney Services definitely deserve five stars for their fast and professional service! Highly recommended.

After paying several hundred dollars for a chimney inspection I had to chase this company for months just to get a quote on a damper. I had to actually remind them who I was, they clearly forgot about me and said our text message chain was somehow deleted". We called upon Mason Chimney Cleaning & Installation after having a chimney fire. David squeezed us in last minute and I appreciated the time that he took to explain the details of why it happened, how to prevent it in the future and details about our 'new to us' wood burning furnace.
