I gave them my silk tops worth $ 300, and $200 for drycleaning.When I wore them they were shrunk and inter linen was hanging out.They were simply washed, not dry-cleaned.

I wish if I could sue this lady. She ruined all my expensive cloths. None of the cloths looks the same now.She doesn't do any dry cleaning. She simply collects cloths and when its a big load, just wash it with the cheapest possible detergent probably caustic soda from India. She charges for ironing and putting a plastic wrap on them. I doubt if she even has any clue of dry cleaning.She will wash your expensive clothes with clothes of whole Rundle community. Stay away from this business and go to a professional dry cleaning service.
