I don't usually post reviews but this review just had to be done! I had my first appointment at My Spa this morning for a facial and peel, and let me tell you, AMAZING from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. Michelle was my specialist and she is awesome, she went through every step and explained it all, and the massage....so relaxing!! Can't wait to go back Friday for my mani and pedi. Definately a must for anyone who loves to relax

Simply awesome. Best indian food I had in TO and I grew up in Mumbai. We will be frequenting this joint. Very good value for money. The ambiance was amazing and servers were phenomenal.

I just stopped by here, for the first time, after deciding to treat myself for finishing my degree. I made the best decision. Rosanna, the owner of the spa, did my pedicure and she was the SWEETEST and most caring person. Not only did she do an amazing and through job with my pedicure, but she is so genuine that my appointment literally uplifted my mood with her wisdom and cheeriness after a terrible day/few months with the pandemic. I hope this review encourages the next curious person who always drives by this spa to really consider coming in! I will be back for a scrub or massage! Went with a friend for pedicures, we both had never been here before. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Cassandra did my pedicure, did a wonderful job and was so lovely to chat with. My friend already booked another service there for the new year and I’m sure I’ll be back too.

I visited MySpa recently for the first time and I had a really positive experience. The staff made me feel so welcome. The entire atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming and the staff were so friendly. Cassandra who looked after my nails was precious! I liked that the work was done in a private room. The warm neck and back treatment were a nice added touch. I really like this place. I expect that future treatment will be like the first one, and that would mean they have my business for the foreseeable future. It was a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. In fact I have a second appointment booked!!

I just got back from my massage not even 20 minutes ago and couldn’t wait to write this review. This was my first time at my spa, I’ve been to several massage therapists, and this was by far my favourite one. Rosanna’s energy is just contagious! She lights up the room and makes you feel comfortable immediately. She is very kind, charismatic and charming. Before the massage even started, I knew I was in good hands, literally! The massage itself was so calming and relaxing, I struggled to stay awake. Her routine and techniques had me more relaxed than I’ve ever been and I booked my next one upon checkout right away and I’m counting down the days to go back. The receptionist, Courtney, was also very kind and polite and I am so beyond happy to have found my new go-to.Thank you!

I consistently have an incredible experience in this lovely spa in the heart of the naughtical village! When I was living downtown, I would travel to the east end just for an eyebrow wax and my glow treatment and it was always well worth the trek. I was surprised to see a negative review because I've been treated like absolute royalty and left 100% happy and eager to return. I have seen every spa therapist and I would highly recommend any of them as they are all passionate, meticulous and so talented.I've yet to have a better experience at any other place.

I just want to say this is the first review I have ever done. But I felt compelled to after being a my spa client for the last 2 years. Rosanna the owner is absolutely wonderful she has worked with me to help improve the look and feel of my face. I had many dark pigmented areas and dull looking skin that bothered me due to sun damage. After seeing her regularly for amazing GM peels and facials I can honestly say at 42 I do have glowing skin!! I definitely feel more youthful and confident now that my skin is much brighter and the pigmentation has dramatically decreased. My Spa is a great place and I recommend it highly. Definitely 5 stars.
