Good selection of styles and sizes, tonnes of accessories both premade packs and loose pick your own style. The staff are helpful and courteous and not overbearing. There is plenty of parking available, being located at a controlled intersection makes it easy to turn into the lot no matter which direction you are coming from.

Staff is really rude and think they own the brand. Makes people to avoid the brand instead. Brand should definitely think training the staff to be polite to the customers and understand that they are representing the brand. Don’t want to say but staff needs to understand they’re nothing outside the store, it’s the brand which gives them the value inside the store. If the staff continues treating their customers like the way they do right now definitely brand will get impacted.

Horrible wait at the cashier.They know that weekends are busy, and the queue at the cashier is brutal, so why do they not address it?!Just a suggestion; when your two cashiers are not enough, perhaps have a third employee can carry a handheld compact scanner and payment machine to help people check out quickly; this will work well for customers who are paying with a card and do not need a printed receipt (I.e. email receipt is fine). I'm sure other solution options are available, too.Looking beyond the cashier and check-out issues, the store is very good. We often get very good deals whenever we visit.

i wanted to exchange my crocs for a bigger size. i bought them yesterday. i only wore them to the store thinking i’d come out in a new pair. i asked nicely but this one worker gave me attitude and wasn’t nice about it at all. she was laughing at me and as i left they were talking about me. fix ur attitude.

Super busy place & there is usually a line. But the staff are all SO amazing and helpful!!!I even forgot a bag of new clothes from lululemon & they kept it safe until I realized it was missing & went back for it!

I came to crocs and Nafeesa's service was exceptional. She made it easy for me to shop and made the effort to listen to my kids and help them not only choose crocs but charms too. She made me aware of the current promotions which helped me save money. My kids and I left very satisfied and happy. Great experience thank you.
