I had the best experience with Chichi and her other two associates! They treated me like family and kept me at peace during a time of trouble. They met my mother for the first time and they were all in laughter when usually they are in sadness with my sob stories. I'm so happy to have to deal with people like Essa , Sukhpreet and Chichi ! I'm going to recommend this place to everyone as they are as welcoming as a new family. GOD BLESSED ME WITH THESE HUMANS!

It's always a wonderful experience to interact with staff, be it in person or through a telephone call. Chichi was very helpful and accommodating when we were looking for an additional storage unit. Without being prompted, she looked for a locker close to our existing one, which makes it a breeze when fetching or storing our items. This facility is always neat and clean, which is great!

Quite possible one of the best places in terms of outstanding customer service and support. The Argentia location is extremely well maintained, clean facilities, bathroom and everything. I had an issue moving out and they solved it right away without any fuss. The five star reviews you see here are true, this place is the real deal. Thanks Public Storage @ Argentia. You guys specifically gave me the best experience to date for storage solutions. Nobody can compare.

Excellent service. Jordan was the staff member that helped me. Nothing but good things to say about him very helpful, honest and he went above and beyond to find me the right locker, which was not an easy task. Thanks again Jordan, you are the best. Keep up the great work. I defiantly recommend this place for anyone looking for storage lockers.

Do not work here!!! :) Managers run a pump and dump scheme where they will hire you and fire you a couple days before your probation is over. Without proper explanation.Warning to any new hires! BEWARE and be safe

i am a customer at their Mississauga - Argentia location. the place is brightly lit. you need to purchase a lock from them that specifically fits their storage units. however, the benefit to that is you're the only one who has keys & this type of lock cannot be cut / picked. i have had a great experience here. the rent is slightly higher compared to others in the area, but well worth it. i have gone the cheaper route before & got broken into at a competitor.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Chichi as she took time to go over the promotions and terms. I got the unit that I need. I came back here for the second time and plans to rent the unit here long-term.Storage itself is clean and no issue. Would definitely recommend!

We signed up for a unit today and Essa helped us through the process, the facility is excellent, Essa's customer service is super excellent.
