I came to Rob with an heirloom ring that needed to be fixed. With extreme attention to detail, Rob was able to pin point what needed to be done to secure the stones in my ring.I received excellent, prompt and professional customer service. The ring looks amazing. Thank you, Rob for taking care of something that's so close to my heart. I'll most certainly be back for cleanings and service work in the future.

Kim was a pleasure to work with! Everything was completed in a timely fashion. From picking out designs and the diamond, everything went smoothly, and was of the highest quality. The bench was able to build a ring to how my wife and I had invisioned. She says A+ :)

I was referred to Robert by another jeweler in Kamloops for my ring sizing due to my band being delicate (pave/ small diamonds) and the fear of the diamonds popping out when reducing the size/ shape of the band. Robert was super knowledgeable, told me a few things about my ring, and did a great job sizing it. He definitely earned my trust and I will go back to him for any other custom jewelry needs and would strongly recommend him and the Bench to anyone looking for sizing or custom work done.

I had the Bench make a custom matching wedding ring band to go with my wife's current wedding ring. This was to be a surprise gift for our 20th Anniversary. I had some tight timelines to get the ring made before our anniversary date. The Bench went over and above in their service and was able to deliver the ring to me early! They did an absolutely beautiful job. My wife loved the ring. The service throughout was excellent, friendly and professional. They kept me informed all the way through. Great job!

The staff here went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are absolutely amazing at the work they do and how accommodating they we're with my expectations. Both Darcy and Rob did an amazing job with my fiance's engagement and wedding ring. They were able to custom make the Rings exactly how I wanted them and were able to help me save money where I could. I've told my entire family that when they need work to be done on any type of jewelry that the bench is the only place we go, words cannot explain how grateful I am to everybody who works here, thank you.

I can't stress enough how happy I was with this service. I really enjoyed the process of working together on the perfect ring design for my fiancee. It left me feeling invested in the ring as a project and my fiancee really appreciated the work that went into a custom ring. The craftsmanship was excellent! You will need to plan ahead as custom made does take longer than showroom ready, but they are honest with their time requirements and it is well with the effort.

The first time I went to the bench to get a ring made, I went in knowing nothing about jewellery. I left that day feeling like I could reliably ask questions and make requests to have the perfect ring. Open communication and timely updates lead were consistent. The quality of the ring was great, or at least good enough for my now fiance to say yes. I would highly recommend the fine people at The Bench!

Rob has done a number of custom pieces for me over the years. I have never had a poor experience working with him and his staff. Lots of communication back and forth on designs, concerns, questions, additions/changes, etc....Prices are never a complaint, and I never have had an issue in regards to contacting them afterward for support. Plus I would way rather support a local shop then a franchise store. Keep up the good work! See you guys on the next projectCheers!
