I selected Fresh Design out of 3 other quotes from drapery companies and here is why:We had top-down, bottom-up Hunter Douglas blinds and I LOVE them! Provides a lot of light but keeps our privacy in a townhome that isn’t so private. We also order drapes for the bedroom which are STUNNING!! Scott and his team that measures/installs are exceptional!!! Not a detail missed! After ordering, I requested a change to a set of drapes in the living room and Vanessa was able to make it happen without any question. For this I am so impressed and grateful. Vanessa and her team at Fresh Design provided exceptional service, advice, and installation. After ordering, we wanted some changes and Vanessa was able to make it happen without any fuss. The installer Scott and his assistant did a great job. We love our new blinds and highly recommend this business.

The installation was perfect and right on schedule. Carol was kind and professional. Always there for any questions or concerns. We love the automation feature on the blinds and so appreciative of the time they all spent showing us all the Hub features. Making the choice, installation and following up was outstanding.Vanessa did a great work helping to pick the best options based on the design of the house and interiors. Scott and Melinda did a nice job with the installation of drapes. Finally, Mo installed the blinds in a smooth way. Everything was done following the schedule and also very clean.This is perfect if you are looking for a personalized service.

It was very easy to set up an appointment with Vanessa - she came to our home right on time to discuss our needs. She was very knowledgeable, gave us different options and choices to choose from.She did some rough measurements for us and gave us a quote; a few days later her installer Scott and his team came and did accurate measurements (very friendly and professional, even had special pair of shoes for indoor use only). On the installation day, Scott and his team arrived right on time, finished the installation within 2 hours. We are very happy with the result. Custom made curtains are pricey but with Fresh Design they are worth every penny.We received our rebate few weeks after installation - Vanessa took care of all the paperwork, all we need to do was to wait for the Amex card to arrive in the mail.
