He provided all the information we required before going ahead and making our final decision on purchasing.Masood was very prompt and provided us with several options to choose from even though we were quite limited in terms of time.We would highly recommend that you also opt for the extended warranty as it provides you with not only future security but piece of mind as well.

My pregnant girlfriend and I went to ifm Autosales for a Mazda 3 2012, paid 6250 from the guy. He gave every guarantee and promise that would assure us that this vehicle would be reliable and safe for travel 360 degrees. He lied to us completely. Fake safety certificate, program out all dash lights, no air bags, and lots of issues. The lies started when we received our vehicle and the breaks were feeling rough, I contacted them and told them and he said his mechanic “must have overlooked the situation” which is complete negligence and illegal. He changed all pads and rotors after being caught red handed.The car then sounded like it was falling apart, I took it in to get wheels balanced, none of the wheels had weights and were a risk for safety! Then I find out that a motor mount is completely destroyed so I had to fix a motor mount as well. Now the engine is having two bad errors, too lean and too rich, the car won’t start and if you start it it’s very weak and shakes. I managed to drive it to a mechanic but it is not good at all and IFM Autosales violated all promises, and guarantees. Complete scam artists, fake safety, no air bags and bad engine! Now he does not respond to my messages.I will be contacting better business bureau, OMVIC and MTO to try and take him and his mechanic down. They are breaking the law and are scamming the public with their make shift cars. My car is 2012 also with 2011 engine.. I want my money back in exchange for the vehicle and will be taking legal action to rectify this situation. BUYER BEWARE.

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Masood was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I didn't feel like Masood was trying to sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest

The sales guy Mohammad wouldn't let me test drive a car because he was more worried about the gas in the car. I don't know what dealership doesn't let you test drive a car to see if it has any issues. Then he told me to go look at other used cars at other dealerships. I wouldn't trust this place.

They buy multiples of the same year make model vehicles that are smashed auction vehicle, cut them up, weld them, fresh coat of sparkling paint and put on the lot to sell to uneducated car shoppers. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!

Very happy with my recent purchase of a 2018 Honda Civic SE! Masood came through!! Took care of my mom and I through the whole purchase. Included the safety and extended warranty in the asking price. A few things needed to be fixed before pickup and as promised they were all taken care of..Really appreciate Masood keeping his word and making me feel confident in the purchase!

Amazing service , I have been dealing with IMF since 2015 and each time I have purchased a vehicle Mr. Fakhari the manger of the IMF auto has provided me the knowledge I needed as to how I can take care of my vehicle. Mr. Fakhri’s honesty is keep bringing me back to his car lot. Recently I have bought a car from IMF for my teenager daughter where he helped us to pick the right car with the reasonable price that my daughter could afford.
