I had an okay experience. The salon is clean and staff are friendly. My hair cut was very well done. Good layers and she was able to work with my very knotty hair. Where the experience went sideways was when it came to styling. I would give this zero stars. I requested a blowout and instead left with partially wet hair that was straight in some areas, had my natural curl in others and random chunks of blownout hair. The stylist rushed due to scheduling appointments too close together. I did not get the style I paid for and left feeling disappointed and did not get that fresh new cut glow I was seeking and so looking forward to.Update: the salon has since called me and rectified the matter by acknowledging their error, personally apologizing and offering a complimentary blowout. I wasn't expecting that - what incredible customer service!

The absolute worst haircut of my life!!!!!!!!!! The business itself was very professional and everyone I interacted with (including the person who did my hair) was very nice but the haircut was atrocious. Every other person in the salon had amazing hair and it looked like the rest of the workers knew what they were doing but the individual I had did a terrible job. She tried her best but after asking twice for her to fix my hair I knew I was wasting my time. I asked for a simple blowout on my hair because I was going out that night and my hair was flatter than when I came in!!!!!!The worst part is, I paid 70$ for this mess. My hair isn't blended properly, the cut is super uneven and I do not know how they can hire people without checking their skills first. I am so upset my hair is ruined. My advice, ask for a skilled worker who has been employed for a long time. Like I said, the rest of the workers were very good at their job I just received someone who did not know what they were doing.Very disappointed with my experience.

Brandy took the time to listen to what I wanted before starting to cut my hair. She also stayed receptive to my suggestions while remaining on creative mode. Thanks, Brandy! I loved my new haircut…!

Brandi is a real business woman, I mean this in the kindest & respectful way. She is woman of her word. I didn’t love my hair colour by another stylist, but between Alina & Brandi and the team, they fixed my hair, treated me like a queen and I am thrilled with the result. I would refer anyone to these lovely ladies.

Katie Curry-Paterson was INCREDIBLE! I had my hair done at 8:30 am and it was still perfect by the end of the night. Katie went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely go back for any event!

Amazing experience with my hairstylist Katie at Stylers. Loved the peaceful ambience of the salon, plus the attention to detail as she made sure my hair were well washed, cut and styled. Definitely going again for another cut!

Went to another salon to have my daughters hair cut and the other salon barely touched it. I felt like I did not even comprehend what I paid for. Came directly here to Stylers from the other salon to see if they could help, and am so glad that we did. They fit us in (with a last min appt), and saved the day by giving my daughter a great cut. I was watching the stylist cut my daughters hair and she demonstrated real skill with the scissors. We showed her a pic of what we wanted done and came out with my daughter looking like the picture. So happy to have found this place! They definitely saved the day for us-- Thankyou!
