I purchased a new iphone from WOW mobile early January of this year. I was told to reach out to my phone provider after my first billing to get the $50 activation fee removed. When I had reached out to them they advised me this had nothing to do with them and it was up to WOW. I had not received a reply for 4 days. During those 4 days, my new phone that was about 20 days old would not turn on and only showed a black screen.On the February 6th I went to the mall to have my phone fixed from another company. Following this, I went back to WOW since I had not heard anything back about the $50. I addressed a male and a female working between 11;30-12:00. I explained my situation to them, the man was hesitant to help me and kept saying it was not him who had promised me this. Eventually he started looking into my account, while doing so his friends had walked up and he started talking to them instead. Finally, he tells me this has nothing to do with him and I would have to talk to my sale representative and would be called tomorrow around 4. So, I had asked him questions as to who would be calling, when, if I am going to get the money back, and if I should come in store or wait for a call. He then started to explain that he did not promise me this money and continuously saying he was not a liar. Eventually I just asked for a call back tomorrow and started to walk away.As soon as I turned my back the female had made a comment and they both started laughing. I turned around and asked if they were laughing at me. The female walked away, the male would not make eye contact with me and just kept giggling. I asked again if they were laughing at me and he said, still laughing, no she made a funny comment. So I said sir you were just laughing at me, and he replied that he did not laugh in my face, so I asked you laughed behind my back? Obviously upset that they laughed at me I became flustered and started to raise my voice, he continued to tell me to calm down and then agreed that he did laugh behind my back.I reached out to WOW mobile the same day, February 6th asking for a manager to call me. As of February 13th I had still not heard back. I then called the store and asked for a manager to call me back. They called me back at noon that day, told me it would take a few months for my phone provider to give me the $50 back. I explained the staff situation. Although she addressed the situation, it was clear she did not care. After over a month of reaching out to get one problem addressed, another had arose. Not one person at this company cared to answer emails, and I was being promised left and right call backs and never got any. I reached out yet again to their customer service line, they only way to contact anyone, saying I wanted to speak with someone else. I was told someone higher up would be reaching out. I emailed again February 24th explaining no one had contacted since February 14th, after being promised a call back. No one replied back. I received a test from WOW mobile today, March 1st asking how my experience and new phone have been, replied to them as well, and no response.I am so disappointed in the service I have received. I had been fighting to get a response from absolutely anyone from WOW and it took several weeks. I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for a call back from someone else, and have received nothing.

I dealt with Sang for my last 3 phones and I will literally never deal with anyone else. He was extremely professional and got me the best deal possible each time. I've recommended him to 4 people since and would do it again. 10/10

Black Friday weekend was mine and my boyfriend's first experience at WOW. We had been shopping around a bit for the perfect phone plan since our contracts finished with our previous provider. We went to WOW and were helped by Sang. We were both blown away by the service that we received. Sang was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend WOW to anyone and everyone needing help with their phone/phone plan. Thanks to Sang for the great customer experience!

The name WOW! suits the store. I had amazing help from Derek and his co workers Abby and Will. They gave me amazing service. this is the second time I've got a phone here and this is the only place I will be going from now on. They were by far the friendliest and most dedicated employees I've seen! I'm beyond happy with my phone and case! Derek helped me find the best deal for the the phone I wanted! I went to Telus in the mall and the lady didn't seem interested in helping me at all. I'm very happy I went here and I would recommend WOW! mobile boutique to everyone.

If Google allows me to rate without any stars, I am more than happy to do that! Because I have horrible experience with them recently, until now my issue haven't solved yet. So frustrating! Here is my experience I would like to share:I got my new device on mid of Sept, the sale person were nice for sale, but their customer service is horrible. Since they help me merged with my old account, the mistake started, the service fee listed in my bill should be credited back for the second bill. In fact, they made mistake on my bill, I have been doing follow up cal with fido and the store until now. With fido's new feature, it's really hard to call the customer service. Eventually I decided to go to store solve the problem. when I went the Booth to find out, the manager promised me I will get that credit back for my second bill. Now when I get my this month bill, there is no credit, I went store again on past Sat. Another staff took a look of my contact with them, he literally told, the sales person didn't apply that credit for me, and he will let manager know on Monday, the manager will correct that mistake; beside he took picture in front of me and send to his manager, and with other promise that I will get confirm call on Monday, but now I have called 3 times and try to reach the store, not only nobody pick up the call, but also the voice message is misleading me to book virtual call. As they suggested, I book a call back 2 days ago, until now nobody even bother to respond.For them, if you buy device or any buy business that bring them money, they will be so nice to u, but after you finished you purchase come to the service, they are terrible,terrible terrible in my opinion, I believe I am not the only one have this kind of experience, for them asking as you ace us money you are good, but they forgot the golden rule of business that good customer service bring good business" with this terrible customer service

I can’t say enough about the service at this store. I was helped by Sang, the store manager, and he was absolutely amazing. I only wanted a better plan with maybe a few more GB’s of data. (I was getting 1GB before). He took a look at my account and was able to get me an UPGRADED phone, a BETTER plan, for THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY, plus free accessories! I was absolutely floored. He was so helpful and made sure I approved of every step of the process. I don’t think I’ll ever deal with anyone other than Sang. If you’re with TELUS, Koodo, Rogers, or Fido, don’t hesitate to go visit WOW! They have earned a customer for life with me!

I usually dread having to go deal with upgrading my phone when the time comes and try to prolong it-- but Sang at WOW! I've rarely had such a smooth experience buying new tech. The two managers answered all my questions, and were very understanding of my concerns around shopping during the pandemic & they went above & beyond to make me comfortable. Got us a great deal on 2 new phones, handled the transfer of info from our old phones & setup with our carrier, no problems. Recommended better plans to save $$. They even signed us up for some great specials earning us in-store credit for a few goodies like headphones & chargers. Staff was super friendly & knowledgeable. WOW! will be our go-to phone shop from now on.

Never ever I would go to this store in my life again! I was seriously fooled by a sales associate. I used to be a iphone 11 user and wanted to upgrade my phone. I purchased iphone 12 from WOW mobile in DEVONSHIRE MALL IN WINDSOR. However, I had to pay my balance for iphone 11 for the remaining device balance at once with the first fido bill that is expected to come after buying iphone 12 (previous device balance + iphone 12 device+ new plan). They persuaded and gave me prepaid master cards to cover my old device balance. When the new iphone 12 bill is ready on my account, the prepaid cards did not work for my first bill. With that, I went to store and uttered this problem one of the sales associate and he said that prepaid cards do not work for paying bills. They never told me that it won't work. Conversely, they said I will be able to pay with these cards. I would like to highlight again that I bought this iphone 12 on condition that I would pay remaining balance of my old device with these prepaid cards without paying anything out of my pocket at once. The sales associate literally lied to me. Now I have to pay extra 375$ to terminate my previous iphone device balance. I trusted and believed you as a customer and bought phone new iphone from your store. Your customer care lasts until you sell the phone to someone and after that, the company doesn’t care about the customer dissatisfaction. The sales associate was not sure about the information about what works and what is not. Moreover, no apology, no resolution for this matter. I was sent from store with “ goodbye”. Just because the store offered me to cover my previous device balance to finish it, I agreed on buying iphone12. This is fraud. If they had told me that prepaid cards don't cover the balance, I wouldn't have even intended to renew my phone. Such a shame! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Our family has been going to WOW and dealing with Sang for the past couple of years. His level of knowledge and pure desire to provide amazing customer service is extraordinary. He is arguably the nicest and most welcoming person in retail mobile services. He has consistently provided superior deals and support during all of our upgrades. WOW and, in particular, Sang has beat all other deals and made us always feel most comfortable while dealing with cell phone changes - which is an often uncomfortable endeavor.
