Very good authentic Singaporean Malay food. We had the fried rice and beef which was spiced perfectly. Also the fish and ships is fantastic.The owner is very nice and kind. Highly recommended

Used to be regular customers until tonight.We like the food and the unique menu but they lost our business tonight. We were coordinating picking up food to take to a friend's house. We sent the link to Amir's menu online to our friends. Our friends told us they would have Satay Skewers, among other things.I called to place our order and the guy on the phone somewhat rudely said we don't have satay". So I called our friends and asked them to pick something else out.I called back 10min later with an alternate order and was rudely told they aren't taking any more take out orders because they are too busy. I explained I had called in 10 minutes earlier but had to call back with a different order because they were out of Satay. Again

We love Amir's! It's an unbelievable treat to get Nasi Goreng and other Singaporean food in Kelowna. In fact, everything we've tried has not only been authentic but just plain delicious. To seal our devotion, the owner stayed open when we pitched up late and was kind enough to fire up his just cleaned kitchen for us. Big thumbs up!

Best wings I've had ever, don't forget to put the lime juice on them. Fresh and owner takes real pride in his food. I come here at least once a week. Go try yourselves!

Very friendly customer service from the owner! I really enjoy trying my first Singaporean Malaysia food(Nasi Goreng) and the Butter chicken is the best i have had to date. Everything is cooked freshly infront of you. Nice spot to grab quick and cheap lunch/dinner.

The food was delicious and very well-priced. On top of that, the owners were very friendly and gave good recommendations on what to get. I would definitely come back for more of their delicious curry and I would totally recommend to family and friends.

Amazing food at good prices. The dining area is very small and not very welcoming but the food makes it worth it (there's a takeout option) . The owners are nice enough. This Indian restaurant does great fish n chips.

I am not sure why ppl have given 5 or 4 stars to this place, may be, they haven’t tasted authentic south Asian or Singaporean food yet. For the sakes of eating something and you are Hungary, may be in that case it’s ok to come/ order from here, but I believe we have McDonald’s for that, which is way cheaper and provide good quantity of food on your plate.The food over here is just ok and expensive for the taste and quantity. I am fan of authentic food but the food over here was 1- fridge reheated quality (literally the guy on the counter took goat curry out of the fridge and reheated it) 2- the quantity of each dish was not enough for one person (may be good enough for a 6 year child). 3- the naan bread was of a cheap grocery store quality which was reheated and was burned. Beware they are not tandoor or even oven naans 4- We spent $50 and ordered 3 dishes but in the end was still hungry and wished have gone to McDonalds.

A small place for sure. But the food is great and really capture the Singaporean taste! Here's what a Nasi Goreng Special (Singapore-Chinese fried rice) looks like. And you have the option whether to make it spicy or regular.

We ate at this place twice in the last two days. We give it a 10/10. Don’t be fooled by the smallness of the place when you enter. Taste was PERFECT. We were able to see the kitchen area where food was prepared and it was very clean. The price was reasonable.
