Terrible service.....I had to use this company through CAA. After 3 delays in ETA, the driver called me telling me he couldnt find my building and to meet him at another building nearby, even though it was impossible to miss.....when he got there, he told me to drive my car on the lift because he didnt want to dirty my car, which I find crazy to ask a customer to do. Then, for the quick drive, I almost got a concussion the way he was driving over bumps. Avoid at all costs.

Frank from Kar Pro Towing service did a great job with twoing my car today. He arrived in time, checked the battery, and prepared the car for twoing very safely in a few minutes. I absolutely recommend the service.

I wasn’t too impressed initially but these guys came around, ultimately gave me great customer service and got the job done ✅. The tow truck driver was so nice and understanding and for that I was very grateful on this the coldest day ever in Montreal.

Was a long wait for my buddy and I (waited over two and a half hours and it was a Monday so i understand they were busy). Max the tow driver is a sweetheart but this company needs to be a step ahead of its competitors, I mean they should include VISA DEBIT CARDS as a payment method (because so far, at the time of writing this review, this karpro towing company only accepts cash and credit cards :/)

Had a flat on my vintage BMW motorcycle 8 miles from my home, and they picked up and delivered my bike. The operator was very diligent in securing my bike, not an easy task if you're not used to it. Great service, I'd call them again if needed.
