My husband and I got a mobility scooter second hand. After it didn't work, Motion was willing to diagnose the problem and willing to fix it if parts were still available. They kept it in the shop until we were able to make it there and help me load and unload things. I had questions for the receptionist and she has been very helpful.

While on vacation in Sylvan Lake, a wheel fell off my wheelchair and I was unable to find it. I phoned Motion the same day to see if they could replace the wheel for me so that I could continue to enjoy my vacation.The next morning Motion phoned us back and said to bring the wheelchair in and they could at least find us a temporary fix. My son and nephew promptly brought the wheelchair to Motion and within 10 minutes they not only replaced the missing wheel, but also the matching one so they were the same size and didn't charge for the second wheel.Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional and wanted to find a solution so I could continue to enjoy my vacation and have my mobility. I will use Motion again if I have wheelchair or scooter issues in the future while in Central Alberta.

Have dealt with John for years, while caring for my grandparents, and he has always gone the extra extra mile to provide reasonable prices and excellent service. Would recommend him to anyone!!!!

Only hit the one star as there is no lowerI called them and asked if they could move a wheel chair liftI explained to the gentleman whom my call was directed what I wanted done( I even supplied photosHe assured me that they could do it and a time was bookedThe tech showed up a lil late but being an hour away it was okHe moved the lift about a foot before saying that it couldn’t be doneI freaked on him( I suffer from p t s d ) the tech decided he would just pack up and leave and left the lift in a place as it can not be used ( can’t leave home in a chair)I admit that I am not the easiest person to get along with when agitatedStill don’t think that’s it’s very professional to leave something so no one can use

Service department was rude. Not accommodating. Offered no solutions...Called another company , very friendly service. Problem solved ..A very happy customer after being very frustrated with Motions..

I felt well taken care of but customer agents. Not too happy with the delivery man and how he just out things together so loosely that I ended up losing.some screws. But over all I would buy from them just not get it.delivered.
