Not reliable. Told me he’ll come on Monday. Had to call him on Wednesday to find out when he was planning to come. Finally show up on Thursday, and start to tell me not responsible, for this, that and this....so complicated just to empty a tank!! He left without emptying the tank and let it opened and all piss at me!! Went back to my previous cie, which I never had any issues before. Though going with him would be good, since he was a bit cheaper. Mistake!!!
