My son received shoes as gift that were two different sizes. I went into the store to ask if we can resolve the situation and maybe they had two more shoes in their inventory that were mismatched in size as well. Well, I was told because I didn’t have the receipt I had to contact the buyer. Which I did, it was a hassle as she lives in a different city as me. She sent the amount she spend and the last 4 digits of her card. So after twenty minutes of doing that, I was told by the manager that the shoes my son received as a gift were final sale. She then proceeded to tell me that they sell shoes at a discount Price that are mismatched. And they are final sale, I get that if they’re on clearance but why is a million dollar company practically ripping off their customers. Making them pay money for a useless product. They are two different size shoes. Very disappointed and very upset with the Manager’s disgusting disposition on how she runs her store.

There was a staff member right there ready to help me find a shoe that fits. I tried on multiple pair, and the service was fast and friendly!

Solid variety and it's a Canadian Tire store, so you can utilize the same point system. Down side; things can be a little pricy at full price, however you are getting quality for those prices. Other than that, if you're a serious athlete or outdoorsman, you may want to consider this store. They also have solid customer service and decent deals to be found.

This store is turning into a real joke. Since when did it stop selling skiing and snowboarding equipment? The golf section has next to nothing even though it has a huge hitting range. Selection in everything else is sub par at best. Sport Chek used to be a one stop for everything, now it has nothing.

Called to ask if I can order a Neoprene wetsuit online and purchase it in store. Spoke to the manager Shelley who confirmed it’s possible through any website. Got to the store and was told it was not possible. Misunderstandings happen. The reason I am giving one star is the level of customer service I got from the young pale skinned lady with the pony tail at the cash. She was abrupt, dismissive, rude and not willing to help me in any way. I wanted to buy a $600 item and she just brushed me off to serve to next person in line buying a $50 item! What ever happened to nice people? Customer service was so poor I won’t be back. I will take my money elsewhere.

I usually like sport check. Not today. I found a shoe I wanted went looking for someone to assist in finding my size, so I looked around for about 3-5 minutes finally a woman spoke and asked if anyone needed help.... she was at least 15 feet away and I turned towards her voice and she immediately started backing away. I asked her if she was afraid of me she said no. I asked her if she was sick because she was wearing a mask. She told me to put the shoe I had back so she could scan it. I did. She then walked right by and scanned something completely different... I believe she may have been hyperventilating in her mask and became confused .... employers need to let their employees breathe oxygen not carbon dioxide.

It’s located same parking lot of Real Canadian Superstore, very big store with cycling maintenance inside the store. It’s has every collection that a sportsman need.

Purchased new skates. The staff was super awesome. Great service

We were at sport check today grabbing new hockey gear for our little guy who is starting hockey this year and Lucas was fantastic! Knowledgeable, patient and provided top notch service! It was awful my son and wife went there for hockey glove found a pair on sale and were on sale on the website but tags were missing so they could not scan them but there was a reduced price tag on them.but because there was no tag to scan she would not type in price on the tag and refused to sell themShe also called some sort of manager and they still couldn't do anything so all in all they left because they wouldn't sell them or do anything about it .my wife even showed them the gloves with a price on the website but still wasn't good enough.if that's the kind of service you get at that store, close the bloody doors .it's just frustrating with people's work ethics now a days .pathetic!!!!!
