From quote to cleanup, the folks at 24/7 were fantastic, that includes the onsite electricians and the office staff, Nate, Hannah, and Jocelyn! It was a big job-10 days, fully wiring a suite, which required adapting the current wiring for the basement. They also installed a subpanel upstairs along with potlights. All demo was done with great care, and cleaned up too. Every morning, I was briefed on the plan, asked and questions, and then briefed on the days progress when they were leaving site. By far the best communication I've had from any contractor. It was a tough decision deciding which electrician to hire for this job, but I definitely made the right choice. I'd recommend 24/7 to anyone.

After hearing of positive experiences from friends we called 24/7 to hook up our new hot tub, I recieved a call back and was able to schedule within a day of the delivery. I recieved two text message reminders that the appointment would be between 8 and 9am, Clay showed up by 8:15, explained what he would be doing and gave me the price before starting. He was professional and patient enough to explain to me what he was doing, he ensured everything was completed properly and after a few false starts was able to diagnose a loose connection and get us up and running in less than 2 hours. I will definitely call 24/7 for future electrical work.

Jocelyn responded to our contact email the same day we sent it. She was very personable and helpful and very understanding of our problem. Clay came in and diagnosed and fixed our problem really fast. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely good with our 2 Boston Terriers. He also helped us install our new over the range microwave in no time at all. We were both extremely happy with how well this service call went, and would definitely recommend this company.

Electric car charge station was nuisance tripping the breaker. While conducting diagnostics, Clay intentionally pursued the least costly possibilities first and he was right. Arrived on time, knowledgeable, and strong people skills to match his electrical skills. Quite satisfied

Electrician showed up on time as promised, and removed a non-functioning ceiling fan, assembled the new fan and installed it at the peak of a 18' vaulted ceiling. Great people. I’ve appreciated their attitude but the value of the service is bad.After 4 visits the set was installed. 600$ for a new fan(70$), heath bulb (20$) and a small frame(40$).More details:My heath bulb connection stopped working. Since my fan was making a lot of noise I thought of changing everything.I bought the same fan model on amazon and 2 heath bulbs. I had difficulty to screw it in and I didn’t want to toy with the electric cables so I contacted the companyOn his first visit, the technician could not fit the model I’ve received from amazon. We verbally agreed to change the inner box with a full new set. I got rid of my new fan and bulbs.On the second visit, the employee came with the wrong model.On the third visit, the technician brought the same model I had initially bought on amazon but without a frame and bulbs. I wasn’t consulted for that change of plan.Weeks passed and I messaged them for a refund because it was getting too long and I felt like I wasn’t getting what we agreed on.I got a call from the customer service 2 days later. I was offered to drop the project and only pay 200$ (which i greatly appreciate). I agreed to finish it because I want this done and they are good people.Maybe i was just unlucky. Im just sharing my personal experience.
