Shane and his team recently finished our basement and we are very happy with the results. He and his team did what he said they would do in the time he said it would take for the price he quoted. As the project progressed, we were consulted regularly to make sure everything was the way we wanted and were able to tweak things as we went along. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had (even after the job was finished). Shane looked after all the details - all we had to do was open the door each morning! Great job!

Great guy to work for very polite and hard worker

We are SUPER happy with our deck from Towns Construction. Shane came and built my deck in one weekend. He has great attention to detail. We will definitely use him again for our next renovations.

We hired Towns Construction to renovate our cottage. Shane was amazing and so was Darcy and all of their trades. Shane provided a very detailed quote for us and once we signed on with him he gave us our start date and was there right on time and moved quickly. There were very few surprises because Shane had already thought of things that could come up or prepped us for some unknown things that come with a renovation. For items that did come up like electrical and plumbing that we couldn't see until we opened the walls up, Shane provided lots of suggestions and options for the solution. He would present a few options complete with pricing and let us make the decision on what we wanted to do. His pricing was always accurate and at the end of it he wasn't one penny over what he quoted us. When he gave us the finish date, he was ready with the keys to do a full walk through on that day! I have done many renovations in the past and this almost never happens. We loved that he was on budget with what we expected and that he was quick efficient and on time. We couldn't be happier with our new cottage and we loved working with Towns Construction.

I have had plenty of contractors in my Life,and I can honestly sayShane and his Hepler Darcy are the absolutely the very best.Shane is veryobliging and will offer different ideas.He is also very good at any job you wish to have done.He is a very polite young man and will not leave any job unless it is perfect.Yes he will get a 5 star rating and I highly recommendhim.Thank you Shane and Darcy for a fantastic job.Wayne Bratton and Sandra
