Last September, I got my steel bike from them, it was an amazing experience already (see my previous review below with a green bike). This time, I was like in heaven.Two days ago (11 Mar 2022), I saw they have a new bike that blown my mind, A BIKE THAT RUN ON BELT! OMG!I called them, went to their shop to test it out, and instantly paid them without hesitation. (To celebrate my own birthday and the summer to come). Thanks to the store owner's illustration and experience sharing.This is my new bike that run on Belt, hallelujah! First, it's my favorite bright red colour, same as my phone. Second, I really like the maintenance-free belt concept, no need to lube, and it is extremely quite. Most importantly, it's more powerful when running on uneven surface, thank to the belt (probably). I never got stuck and can pass through each trough easily. Feeling sooooo good and free. Maybe that's why they call it Liberte.I think the frame is specifically designed, it feels a bit weird at first glance, but when I sat on it and have a ride, I understood why, the pose and weight-point make big differences on my riding experience. To catch the tail of Autumn and aimed to have a great fall, I decided to get one and go for a ride.First, the bike is budget friendly, with the free upgrade on the rear wheel, I already feel much satisfied.2nd, I had my pickup on Sunday, shop owner Alvin was very professional, kind and helpful, he tune up my bike for free, and taught me a lot about Fixie. I've been riding MTB for 10 years, tuning is an headache for me. I can see that Alvin's tuning techniques are godly, the bike is tuned like perfect, really amazing. Riding fixed-gear is a whole new experience for me, although it feels weird at the beginning, given its startup acceleration speed, and the moving needs of my legs, IT IS FUN!3rd, although this is not their top model, and steel is a bit heavy, it feels real sturdy and the momentum that a steel bike generate is way stronger than aluminum, I didn't regret to get a steel bike.Overall, 5-star, my best bike-buyer experience ever.

I just want to say this is by far the one and only place I would go in regards to any bike needs!!! Upon first meeting Alvin he explained everything so thoroughly for me and helped me better understand the beauty and functionality of single gear bikes. Any concerns and questions were answered with such clarity and he was indeed very knowledgeable. What really impressed me is his passion in the craft and his work I was blown away!!! Any modifications or concerns he went above and beyond to make me happy and pleased with his astonishing service. I really appreciate the time he has put in to satisfy my needs and couldn't ask for more. Alvin my man keep up the good work because by the looks of it i don't see anyone doing it better!

I recently bought my first fixie from them and I couldn’t be happier. They made the bike to my specific requirements and even reccomend better adjustments or replacements. I would definitely reccomend xfixxi to anyone looking to buy a single gear or fixed gear no matter your skills.

Was looking to convert an old road bike to a fixed gear bike.Alvin was super helpful and helped me pick out all the correct parts and removed some old parts for me.I recommend xFixxi for anyone looking for a single speed/fixed gear bike or for parts to convert their own bike.

Alvin is the man!! Brought my beater bike for a new lock ring and cog…turns out it needed a lot more! Alvin was professional in diagnosing the issues my bike had and also at a very fair price for parts and labour.He went over it from top to bottom with a fine tooth comb. He taught me a lot and had my bike running a million times better and safer than before - beyond what i came in for.I tried out a few of his bikes while mine was getting fixed and had I known the quality of the bikes he sells at the price I probably would’ve just came to him in the first place to buy my bike!If youre in the market for a fixed speed he has a great selection from entry level to more advanced and higher end bikes. Dont skimp and buy from someone knowledgeable like alvin!He and his wife are very sweet, after trying his bikes i will most likely return to buy a nicer bike from him to ride on the weekends…

I can't speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service at this bike shop.I've been here a couple of times now, whether it's to swap out my tires, change the cog, or switch to a new crankset. Alvin has always been incredibly patient and careful with his work. Found this business on Google Maps when looking for a place near me to ready my hybrid bike for the summer season. Alvin did a fantastic job - took the time to explain future do’s and don’ts, explained how to clean and maintain my bike chain, and installed a kickstand upon request for an extremely reasonable price. All these things the actual bike store I bought my bike from didn’t do for me, I have to add. He was also quick to reply to my texts and flexible with pickup. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you!

I found XFixxi from Google search and after visiting the store I was not disappointed. Alvin's shop opens up a like a Bat Cave once the front door is opened. All the amazing bike stuff unfolds before your eyes. I came for a bike kickstand and Alvin was so kind to install it for me with some adjustment. I'm so glad I live close to Alvin and I won't be searching on Amazon anymore.

The owner’s reassured me that I can reach out should I have any concerns about quality and maintenance which I really appreciated. The bike itself is speedy, durable, and is designed beautifully.The customer service was exceptional throughout my transaction. Delivery was timely and communication was superb!
