Every time I call its either ignored or I get hung up on immediately. I get it's black friday, but how hard is it to ask a customer to wait so they can put me on hold instead of ignoring a customer.

BEST experience ever getting a new phone. Breanne was excellent gave me exactly what I wanted in a new phone,and Aaron was very helpful in showing me all of the new features on my new phone. Great job guys.

Four staff members standing around looking at their phones when we walked in and neither of them could be bothered by us when we were the only ones in the store. When my father finally approached the tattooed gentleman he couldn't even be bothered to stand up and show my dad the phone he was inquiring about. Just pointed and said it's over there. If there is another Telus in st.johns I would suggest trying there because the staff here were less than 1 star.

I was just looking around at the phones an a alarm went off. The the staff member said that it was our fault. He said “it’s not funny I will kick you out “. So we just left. I was going to buy headphones but I guess not. Very rude staff. They just lost a costumer.

I'm not one for posting reviews but I'm literally asking you to take my money, all you have to do is pick up the phone...I've called several times over the last few days and no one answers the phone, ironic that your business is based around the phone and couldn't be bothered to answer it.

I have to say buying a new phone (especially when the present one fails) is an experience that I begrudge considerably. It's one of those things that I do when I absolutely have to. However my recent experience with an associate named Phil M. at the Avalon Mall store turned that around for me! Phil is personable, knowledgable, thorough and possesses a great sense of humour! If you need phone service of any kind Phil at the Avalon Mall store is who you need to go see. Bravo Phil!!!
