Dr. Vucemilo Ivica

Excellent, highly trained, professional, and knowledgable surgeon. I am fortunate to be his patient. Would highly recommend.

End of April 2013 my mother underwent emergency surgery( from another doctor) . Unfortunately it did not go well and soon after Dr Ivica performed another surgery to try to save her life. He did just that . Unfortunately mom lived on TPN for 8 years ( some say may be a world record ) sadly she passed away on May 1st, 2021. No words can express how thankful my family and I am to have had her for those last 8 years. Thank you Dr Ivica , from the family of Mary Archer.

I have a pretty good feel about someone when talking to them, and I was right. Dr.Vucemilo loves what he does and you can see it. We discussed the issue and he recommended a not so invasive solution for my situation. I would like to thank Dr. Vucemilo and his team for an excellent job. You have saved my life!

Not sure why people speak so highly of a doctor you can barely get a hold of, and in turn ends up delaying life-saving treatment. Get a second opinion or switch doctors if you want to keep your health or that of your loved ones. I’m SO disappointed in the “care” he provided.

I went for a consultation and eventual procedure to deal with my varicose veins with Dr. I. Vucemilo. Great office, with modern design. Efficient and friendly secretary, Gimena. Love the compression stockings that I purchased from them. Even though I had to pay out-of-pocket for my procedure, I feel that it was worth having the option to deal with my achy, sore and veiny legs. The day of the procedure, I already felt a difference. Katie, the ultrasound technician made sure I was prepared for the procedure, talking me through it and reassuring me. I had every confidence with Dr. V with his technical and medical expertise to perform the procedure. He had the music playing and helped me to relax by engaging me in conversation, keeping it light and fun. Prior to the procedure, I did feel anxious but my questions and concerns were addressed by Dr. V. Gimena followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I was doing ok. Their information booklet was very clear in terms of what to expect post-operatively. I highly recommend Dr. V., along with his staff that are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I am quite pleased with Dr. V’s professionalism, expertise with best practices in this field, approachable and follows through appropriately to ensure patient concerns and issues are addressed.

My experience with dr Vucemilo was excellent. He was very caring and organized all the tests I needed in timely fashion. The staff at his Marmont clinic was amazing , very informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I waited so long for this appointment. After doing the ultrasound he had me in to discuss the options. He asked what I wanted to do and I told him what my thoughts were based on what he described my options to be at our first appointment. As soon as I told him my answer he said he doesn’t want to be my doctor anymore and will refer me to someone else???????? Really???????? So why ask me then???? Don’t waste your time seeing this doctor, he will ignore all of your concerns!

Once we started talking to Dr. Vucemilo, we knew he was an incredible physician – he truly defines what excellence in a medical appointment should be. From his exceptional treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect with my dad, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps are. I watched him explain my dad’s health issues in a way that was easily understood, and my father felt at ease and has been an incredibly compliant patient as a result!!
