First of all, the service guy was super friendly and came on time but he never got the job done.We had water running through attic to be the bathroom and we told them this on the phone before coming in for service. He confirmed what we already knew; the water was coming-through loose pipe connected to the roof. However he said he can to fix the problem as this is a roofing issue and we should call a roofing company. He charged us $140 for service. We later called over 3 roofing companies and they all said the same thing This is a plumbing issue

had an issued at one of my rental properties....tenant called me and I called Ryan....was there within a couple of hours....unclogged the main drain....had to chip concrete....tenant was very impressed...as was I .....big job at resonable price...actually video inspected the maid lien to advise I had no corode.....so I have to get him back in better weather to replace...thank you ryan and your Crew....great work...cleaned up job site...very important...and great communication with tenant....can't beat it!....Brian J
