Ontario Vacuum

My Kenmore central vacuum stopped working 9 months ago, and I'd been using a cheap upright from Can Tire since. This afternoon, I called this company (at 3pm) By 4:45pm Heang was at my door, and by 6pm I had a brand new Canadian made central vac with a 20 year warranty. My old central vac parts went home with him, so less clean up for me! Amazing, FAST service! Highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

When our vacuum stopped working, we thought we would have to buy a new one. We called Ontario Vacuum and the guy said replacing the motor would probably work. He replaced the motor, for considerably less than the cost of a new vacuum and it works great. We highly recommend Ontario Vacuum.

The most wonderful experience!I needed a central vacuum pipe moved in order for my renovation to be completed! They came, assessed and moved the vacuum piping all within a few hours!!! Saved the day!!

I have an older vacuum that I love. The floor cleaning head finally broke beyond my ability to fix it and finding an appropriate replacement was proving difficult. While wasting a ton of time trying to find one online, I came across a review for this store (which happens to be <5mins from my home)and called. The owner said he had what I needed. I went to the store and in 5 mins I had my replacement vacuum head, some new bags and was on my way home.The new part I got is better than the original!! The only thing I would change is that next time, I will call the store first and save myself a ton of time.

We bought a Nilfisk central vacuum from Hank for our 2nd home and he is still amazing to deal with after all these years. Hands down the best place to go for your vacuum needs! I have recommended him to many family and friends! See you again!

UPDATE!! Sept. 2022I had central Vac quoted by 2 companies here in Hamilton for my finished house. The first company quoted it out but with the wrong amount of outlets in the house to work. In the end they were unable to do the job. The second company wanted 2.5 times the price as the first company. Insane. So a business card in my desk reminded me of Ontario Vacuum and Heang the owner. I contacted him to come and have a look at it and he said he had a tech that would have no problem with our finished basement and that they could do the job. They put in the proper amount of outlets and the installer, Richard, was incredible. He was kind and did a job I know that neither of the other would have done. We were so impressed! The price was just a touch higher than the first company but it was done right. If you need Central Vac or anything vacuum related go see Heang. He is the best and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Thanks again Heang and Richard! Great job.This place is great! Heang was very personable and kind. I brought my Bissell Proheat 2 to get serviced and not only did he fix it for a very reasonable price, $60, he fixed it the same day. I had called Chadwick and Hacks and they told me probably around $125 and 1 to 2 weeks to look at it. If it needed parts that would take longer. Boy am I glad I didn't take it there. As suspected the heater was clogged and he cleaned the whole machine from one end to the other. If you need real service and not lip service use Ontario Vacuum. Apparently he does great install work as well from what I am reading here. Thanks Heang!

My central vacuum stopped working. I reached out to Hank. He saved me money with my replacement and provided great support. I would definitely go back there.
