we bought a used 2019 KZ toy hauler from Pierson motors in may 2022, sight unseen as we live 4 hours away and the sales department was accommodating for learning how to use docusign online and made the transaction pretty seamless & staying true to the pickup date that I requested.We discovered in October that the skylight had been leaking since before we bought it and we had roof damage , got in contact with Mike and he assured me they would resolve the issue at no charge and they stayed true to their word and when nice appeared I made the 8 hour round trip to drop it off and pick it up once again. once home I had condensation issues in the skylight and they gave me tips via email on how to resolve that issue and so far it seems to have solved it.although I am a picky individual and have discrepancies with the quality of KZ trailers that is no fault of Pierson motors....that being said I would recommend buying here and would buy here again if we ever choose to upgrade in the future.thankyou to the all staff involved in selling & repairing my trailer at Pierson Motors.

I dealt with Chandler while Pierson Motors looked after an insurance claim for me! She did a great job keeping me in the loop throughout the process. Claims are never fun especially when you live 2 hours away from the dealership. Chandler made it seem like they were right next door! It has one star as I had to put something and there were no negatives.If you are looking for a Greasy Dealership this is the one to go to. From the owner on down!Did a purchase from out of province and they were great until the got our money then nothing. The purchase showed up damaged (both by their shipping company and the manufacturer) and no one would return our calls. My wife had to call in and pretend to be another buyer just to get someone on the phone. Plenty of pictures were sent and a detailed list of damages immediately on receipt!After that we dealt with the owner (Mike) because our salesman Steve never returned any calls and thought we were getting somewhere with this but again we were mistaken!Mike told us that it was our responsibility to deal with the shipping company even though they arranged all of the details and paid them. We had no contract with them or any contact information. It was also implied that we should be happy because we purchased something that was on sale!The dealership was unable to get any headway with the manufacturer (according to them) so I took over and low and behold was able to get the warranty parts shipped to my house at no cost to me. Go figure! Just shows that they are just lazy or incompetent!Now that I have the parts Mike will not even acknowledge any of my emails with regards to the installation of the replacement parts as this is a new purchase and is under warranty!This is the most unethical dealership that I have ever dealt with in my 35+ years of owning new and used cars, RV's and other units. If I was part of the Kincardine community I would be embarrassed that this dealership is part of it!

Pierson Motors helped me out getting my car back on the road when I couldn’t find anyone in Kincardine who wasn’t booked up until Christmas.
