Excellent place. Very friendly staff who are really caring and are there to answer any questions you might have. Free cookies, juice, coffee, candy, snacks, etc. Finally the feeling you get is amazing knowing that not only is it really good for your health, but you're helping saving others lives! Its a win win situation for all!!

The level of care put forward by the nurses here is the standard for care. You can donate blood safely without worry. I urge you to donate blood if able!

I have been going for a while now and everyone who works there is really kind.

I'm rating my 3 experiences at 3 stars overall because my first experience was amazing and went smoothly. They found a vein easily, I left relatively painless, and the lady was very nice. The second experience was okay and it took a while to find my vein, but everything went well otherwise. The third experience I just had was frustrating because 2 staff couldn't find a vein in either of my arms to draw blood from. I asked for a third person to take a look and they denied my request. I left without giving blood and felt very unsatisfied, like my time was wasted. I will go back to try and give blood again with hope that things will be better. If they aren't better, I don't know what I will do. I will be very disappointed if I can't help others in this way anymore.

The staff are very polite, professional, and friendly and always by your side interacting and socializing with you as you donate. There is a refreshment booth that offers you free snacks and drinks once you're done donating.
