Had one of the most stressful experiences dealing with cocars initially they valued my car at one price. Thier financing agent is one of the worst he promised to negotiate a good rate what the dealer promised however after doing a hard check an impacting my credit score he gave me a much higher rate. They never did thier due diligence on checking the carfax an finally when I got a private lender giving me a much cheaper rate they started dropping the trade in value by taking my car to thier mechanic who raised issues that only he found. They were also willing to pass safety without changing the tires an finally reduced the trade in valur by 5k 15 min before the deal was about to go through. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a car dealer I would never recommend anyone to go to them unless you would like to have a really stressful experience they also are holding my deposit even though I never signed the bill of sale which is not allowed as per rules followed by any regulated dealer who is under OMVIC.
