The service was ridiculously slow!! I ordered two coffees at the drive thru, and they made me park my car for six minutes before my order was ready. Unbelievable!!!!

Someone literally stepped on and crushed my food. I ordered through a delivery service and the outside bags were okay, but the inside bags were scrunched up!! I called the store and they claimed a manager packaged the food and it was impossible! Extremely frustrating as the outside bags looked untouched and the bags were sealed, so it was people at the restaurant!! Absolutely disgusting, and inedible.

Need to be more precise and accurate with making and giving out customer orders. I love this place and I know the employees work very hard and it is usually quite busy. However I also don't like when I have to make sure that my meal is correct before I leave. I like to know that I can just go get home and know that it's going to be correct without having to come back. Without a car and walking over in such freezing temperatures is not very fun. I don't mind doing this so much say in the summer, however I believe that the younger staff really need to take more pride in their work and pay attention to detail as well as cashiers making sure they take all of the correct instructions for orders. What seems small and of no big deal to them can be of great inconvenience and anxiety to their customers they have no idea what that customer is going through and how much of a

Had 5 cars go ahead in the drivethru. Had to go around to the other side to place our order.Then had to pull aside for another 8 min. In total about 30 minutes.No apologies just lame excuses!Not impressed. Will not be back to this location

Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes just to order. This place has no care for customers. There are ALL kids working here. Food was cold even though I waited. The people at the window were messing around instead of doing their jobs!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!EVERY TIME ITS A WAIT FOR COLD FOOD. They should fire the late night staff and get people who actually want to work. Horrible! 1 star!!!

We ordered 2 smoothies and one coffee frappe. They forgot our orders twice. It took them 40 minutes to make our drinks. I think it is safe to say that this is pretty unacceptable.

January 2022: location was recently renovated and looks fantastic inside. Breakfast was ordered for takeout; without the bread, to satisfy my Celiac disease and avoidance of gluten. Breakfast was presented on the platter with care and was delicious. Thumbs up to this McDonald's for being my favorite as I travel around Southern Ontario.June 2021: Walked into the restaurant found it to be clean and well-maintained use the kiosk to order my customized double cheeseburger. No bun extra pickles extra onions and three tomatoes. Having a problem with gluten because of my celiac disease is why I exclude the bread. It's always interesting to see how the staff working in the kitchen work with the ingredients they're given when it doesn't follow the standard recipe. You can tell when they make an effort like this restaurant did.
