Great service! Aden is very knowledgeable, patient and quite helpful. He will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision as to what your next step should be. Aden will not try to draw you into (unnecessary) repairs one piece at a time, and you then end up getting stuck with a total repair bill that makes no sense in relation to what you paid originally, or what the replacement cost would be today. Highly recommended.

Without Aden, I can confidently say that my washer problem would have taken a lot longer to solve, and would have been much more difficult/painful.Aden made the difference. He was always there to consult, which allowed us to quickly narrow down on the path forward. He stepped in to help us solve issues when unforeseen issues arose. Ayden came to take a look at an issue I had with frost build up in my freezer. He was very knowledgeable and fair, going over the root cause of the problem. He was on time, very professional and made sure I understood the problem and how to go about resolving it.

Aden is a Godsend! We have a 48” Viking Professional fridge/freezer. The ice maker hadn’t worked for a couple of years but the fridge started freezing everything just before both the fridge and freezer stopped working altogether. I feared either a huge repair bill or having to replace it at a greater cost. When I called Aden, he had me check for frost/ice buildup in the freezer and walked me through how to defrost it myself when he could have charged me to do it himself. After two days of defrosting, it all works - even the ice maker. I had Aden come today just to check drains etc - and he charged only a modest fee to clear the drain and check that everything is in working order. He also answered some questions about issues we’ve been having with our Viking Pro range, and charged me nothing to do so. What I thought would be a huge and costly repair cost less than $200. I will sing the praises to anyone who will listen. Aden services many brands, so don’t let the company name stop you from calling. He’s the best.

Great company! Very helpful on the phone with good advice. Showed up to my home quickly and fixed my Viking Pro range. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. Would definitely use them again when required.

Just in time for the Thanksgiving weekend our Viking fridge decided to be temperamental. Spoke with Aden and quickly he diagnosed the problem. It was a super easy fix. I think someone else said it all in their review. Punctual, honest, pleasant, helpful, lovely. He just left our house and I am left feeling happy and hopeful about customer service. Mostly I have been feeling down about the state of customer service and the ability to get things repaired, in general. Aiden was fantastic. We have a Viking stove, our big splurge in life. To know there is someone out there, who can look at it, repair it and give advice on other appliances when the rest break down is a good feeling.
