The whole service experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Leon's response to my initial email was prompt, through an email thread he answered all my questions, gave me a quote and set a day to clean carpets in 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. He was punctual, professional and set expectations at front on what to expect, based on the condition of the carpet. The payment was easy and the work was completed earlier than anticipated. We had our house's carpets cleaned today. We're in the Barrie area. Our carpets were filled with pet urine, toddler spills and messes, even makeup spills. During this Covid-19 times, Leon was great in wearing a mask while he worked! Really appreciated this because I have a little toddler and elderly parents in our household. What I most liked about Leon is his customer service; all our questions were answered. Very professional, and great work ethics. We will definitely be using Leon's services in the future and recommend him to our family and friends. Our entire family is happy with the service provided today. Thank you once again Leon.

We were so impressed with Leon from cool wave cleaning. He was on time, very polite and professional. We have cream couches that now look brand new again. I know he took great care in making sure it was perfect. Remember cream couches! Fantastic! Stairs look great as well!
