This is a larger store than my regular store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well maintained, good lighting and very clean and tidy. See pictures! It's easy to find what you're looking for, with the professional signage. Well stocked.

Needed some golf accessories for a beginner golfer's birthday.Website showed inventory.Store had no golf stuff on display, but hundreds of bikes, fishing and camping gear, so definitely non winter stuff out.Would have asked staff but after 15 minutes looking around listening to dance club music it was time to go elsewhere.

BROKE A PART OF MY CAR AND TRIED TO SCAM ME, A 19 YEAR OLD!Posting this so you guys take caution. I came in Dec 8th 8 am for a simple wheel mount installation and they told me it’ll take an hour to do the job. That’s fine. An hour later, they call and tell me there’s an extra fix since my car was “broken” in the first place and they’re gonna charge $150 extra to fix it. That’s fine. All until I come into the garage and they show me the issue. I walk in, all the mechanics and workers swarm around me and say that wheel stud broke while they were fixing it because of “rust” and “corrosion”. Hate to say it, but I believed them for a good 5 minutes. I come back and I escalate the situation, saying that it was the mechanics fault for lack of care when installing and the manager drops the “rust and corrosion” lie, and says that my previous mechanic didn’t install it properly. Guess what, Google works like a charm and that again was a lie to trick a young person into paying for their OWN mistake. Know why I know they scammed me? Because after I told the manager why they’re lying, they dropped the extra charges and fixed it for free. Absolutely unbelievable, not even a discount on my original wheel mounting, which is exactly why I’m posting this and not letting it slide. Go look at the picture I posted here, and you tell me, did they try scamming me? Tired of Canadian Tire not telling the truth, hopefully a superior sees this and reprimands the team for this.

Brought my truck in for a leaking tire. Left it all day. Told it was plugged/patched. 4 hours after picking it up was almost flat again, by then the store was closed. Came back first thing the next day and was told absolutely nothing they can do for me except get me in the next day. I feel bad for the staff, the day I dropped it off they were absolutely slammed, definitely not enough staff. So disappointed in everything with this experience. The guy the next day didn't even bring me up in the system to see what was done the day before.

It is impossible to shop at this location without being stalked through the store by people trying to offer you a promotion or deal. I don't care if it's a telephone service, gym, or something else, there is absolutely no reason for people to be following me around the store.Let whatever promotional team from X company set up in the vestibule/ front area only. Do not let them make customers feel unsafe.

One of the better Canadian tyre locations that I’ve been to. Did my newly bought used car’s safety inspection done here walk-in and was entertained albeit a total of four hours of wait. There’s an annoying person on the floor though who would constantly be pushing to sell you a Canadian tyre credit card. Even the guard at the entrance would try to pitch it to you.

Added:I’m writing to thank the person who responded to my quote immediately, as this demonstrates care and professionalism. However, I can’t change the rating because it would be as if I’m recommending this shop. I can’t recommend a place that will charge $125 to give a quote. This is not a hidden part that would require an hour of grappling with hard-to-reach parts. This is a readily visible and accessible wiring that any professional electrician should be able to just look and be able to make a determination. People need to be reasonable. This is just taking inflation far and beyond. It sure will have domino effect, as customers, who are business owners or are employees, will sure jack up their rates—and rightly so. I still thank the person who responded and Omar, who provided the service. He was polite, professional and courteous.Original: The stars are for the courteous service that was provided by a gentleman by the name of Omar at the auto department. Otherwise, I don’t recommend their auto service department, since I was told that it would cost $125 just to look at the headlights wiring. THEN they would give me a quote for how much it would cost to sort out the wiring. This seems a bit much to just pop the hood and take a look at the wiring, which already works but needs cleanup. If they had said, say, $25 and then provide a quote for the actual work (including the remaining $100) that would have been reasonable, but “we will charge you $125 and then it’s wide open after that…” no. Thanks.

The evening before I came into Canadian tire for a battery change I had caa test my battery so I knew it was dead.I made an apt: for a battery change at Canadian tire at noon. I was quoted 30 minutes for the change. After the mechanics had already had my car for an hour they called me to say “oh yeah so your battery is dead it needs to be changed do you want to go ahead and change it?”I don’t know how I could have been more clear when I first arrived that I wanted it changed and I already knew it was dead. I’m not sure why it took them 60 minutes to confirm that. They then said it would take another 35 minutes to change it. So 45 minutes later again I go check and see what’s happening. I’m told the mechanic is struggling to get the battery in and I still need to wait another 30 minutes.I’ve now been here several hours for a 30 minute fix. was very late for work and had no option but to wait an unknown amount of time for a new battery to be put in.

Nice Customer service but very slow! Booked appointment but it doesn’t mean anything, still had to wait an hour to get my car in just for oil change. Why CT has app booking if it doesn’t work?

It is one of the largest Canadian tire branch with tons of Parking. It's a well organized, clean store with a really friendly staff. You can find almost anything you need here. Don't forget to try the hot dog cart just outside the store
