I chose katrina and The team after I interviewed other Realtors. Katrina made feel at home and what the Team offered was exactly what I needed. The plan was to put the house on the market at the end of February 2023. With all the boxes that were provided, I finished decluttering earlier then anticipated the second week of January. Staging was done on January 18, house went live the next day, January 19. Request for viewing were coming fast, and after a successful open house on January 22, we received 4 offers. Katrina worked hard for us to get the best offer possible even after we were willing to settle for less. We let her make the decision and on January 24, we accepted an offer. I would strongly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

The entire team was absolutely amazing to work with throughout all stages of selling my home. They were trustworthy, kept me informed and updated, and showed great care, attention to detail and passion for the work they do.
