Garry Thind and Nitu Thind are fantastic! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and they always responded quickly. They sat down with us and walked us through the whole pre-approval and approval process so we knew what to expect. Even when we were considering going through a bank because they were advertising a slightly better rate Nitu Thind gave us a couple questions to ask them to make sure we weren't going to run into any problems. Going with the bank would've been a nightmare but I wouldn't have known that if she didn't give me the questions to ask. She really went above and beyond. Garry is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for us. He really care about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he live in. We are very happy with Garry's services.
