My reason for one starIs that I called for a part Saturday morning and got the answer I wanted and went and called back not even an hour later to order the part and no one picked up the phone. This was all before 11:47am. Tried the rest of the day calling to order the part cause their website says they are open till 5pm 7 days a week. So I called again Sunday morning and it rang once and a prerecorded thing came on saying that they are closed Sunday but to go to their website for store hours.We'll clearly they need to update their store hours on their site. Their site says open Sunday to Saturday 8am to 5pm everyday and we'll clearly it is wrong.So what time do they close on Saturday and what are their true hours?

I called Benson Auto Parts when I had reached a wall and I could not find the part I needed for my car anywhere.Spoke with Aaron who was absolutely amazing and patient and persistent. Called around for pricing on a control arm, after rep told me the price, I said I would call back once I was done shopping around.....then rep just hung up. Its common courtesy to say bye or thank you before hanging up, especially when your charging double the price of amazon for the same part.

Great customer service and a very decent amount of in stock parts for almost all your vehicle needs. Now it's not quite the same pricing as the online suppliers but you are getting parts same day and you get the knowledge 3the staff to help you find what you are looking for.The downside is the location, the particular bend on Howard Ave makes turning left out of the parking lot a nightmare but when you need something they have you just drive around the block and make your left at the light.
