Good variety of options for the price. You get to choose several mix-ins and toppings without having to pay extra. The fish was good too, although the rice was a bit hard and lacking flavour.

Had the regular size make your own bowl with marinated salmon and tuna. I've had poke from Hawaii and Vancouver and overall this place tasted good. They've got a good selection of toppings to add. For the price it was decent for Victoria compared to Vancouver or elsewhere. They do have a limit of 6 toppings. I would come back.

Good atmosphere, good location and friendly staff. The meal was a little better than average but less than great. A little pricey for the portion size(1$ for each additional topping). I think I would try it again to see if it was the specific dish I had as poke that I've had in the past(in Hawaii)was distinct and had quite a different taste(in which I was expecting) but for now it's a three star rating.

“When life gives you lemons… squeeze them, add salt, garlic, oils, honey, and create a marinade for cubed fish”…….this is what I imagine the owners think at Island Poke.Very fresh and bright ingredients. I had the Ohana bowl for lunch. A great size and prepared by friendly staff. I will be back. Yum.

Best Poké I’ve had. And I’ve had a lot…I got the Island Bowl and was seriously impressed… the fish just tastes so fresh and has an irresistible marinade coating. All the ingredients were bursting with flavor and worked together so well… was a bit steep at $15-20 per bowl but ended up being so good that I’d go again.Definitely recommend trying this place!

I can't say enough about how great this gem is. I go almost every day because the food is so good and affordable with hearty portions and delicious recipes. The staff are friendly, they remember your name, and always go the extra mile.
