I had the extreme pleasure of working with Manya from Forbes Travel setting up our 9 week vacation to Italy, Ireland and Scotland. Our experience with Stephanie was amazing! With the COVD restrictions in place we could not go on a vacation so we decided to venture out in our own city and try a staycation. Stephanie made sure that all the bookings were in order and all we had to do was show up. She went above and beyond the call of duty and we had the best experience with her. In the market for a new agency and was trying to get in touch with someone. Once I finally did hear back “M” seemed uninterested in hearing our business needs l. We travel 15+ flights Business Class to Australia monthly, something I think would be appealing to an Agency. I’ll give 3 starts as my partner booked a trip for me via Forbes and I had no issues.
