Did not have the whole roasted chicken as advertised. I was told the boss was out of town"...then why was i told it was because the boss was out of town? And the south location had the chicken wings on sale being advertised? You realize how confusing it is to have 2 locations with the same name? Perhaps you should have all specials at both locations."

Extensive selection of kosher groceries. Hard to find items? No need to run up to Sobeys Thornhill! All of the kosher products that you wish Metro, Fortinos and No Frills carried, and at reasonable prices.

I visited this shop once only while using To Good To Go App but I was impressed friendly staff and incredible fast service!

Staff is most unhelpful. I am disabled using a scooter and never has anyone offered to help me unload my groceries or tie on bags etc after I pay. I've been there at least a dozen times and only once did a staff person offer even a bit of assistance. So rude. 1 guy today was busy rushing by me. Their attitude is that I'm in the way.

Ridiculous prices !!! Salad mix that is not even a full size is $8 !! And not even that fresh ..

While the store does very well with selection, freshness, layout, cleanliness and supply of delicious prepared take-out foods (including fresh sushi,) I have lowered my rating because I never feel good in there. Why? There's usually NO-ONE around to ask if you need help locating something or as in my case, being able to reach it. On the few occasions I've been able to flag down one of the managers, help" was less than friendly. Whatever happened to "service with a smile?" The woman in the hot prepared foods section was dismissive and already scooping food into a container before telling me approximately what it would cost effectively preventing me from comparing it to anything else? Is this a trained pressure sales technique?The check-out includes a designated bagger - a plus! But while professionally friendly
