WOW! Where do I even start? I wish I could give 10 stars instead of just 5 because Red Rose Convention Centre is the absolute best!!!! My husband and I booked this venue for our wedding back in 2019 when we got engaged. That was when we first met Neelam, the coordinator at the hall, and right from the start she made us feel super comfortable and ensured that we were well taken care of. She not only helped us figure out all the details for the hall and the menu, she also helped to put us in touch with talented decorators, a vinyl floor wrap company and other terrific vendors who we ended up working with.Then came the Covid pandemic which threw all of our wedding plans right out the window as restrictions prevented us from having any large gatherings. We ended up postponing for two years and during the whole time, Neelam was a rock for us. Keeping us calm and reassured that everything would turn out great once restrictions lifted and we were able to have our big celebration.Fast forward to June 2022 and the day finally arrived when we could have family and friends gather together to share in our special day! Neelam and the staff at Red Rose did an incredible job making sure that everything ran smoothly and according to schedule. Neelam oversaw everything for us from the set up in the morning to the very last dance of the evening. We had numerous comments from our guests regarding the excellent service from the serving team and had many people tell us that it was the best banquet hall meal they've ever had! The in-house A/V team from Presentations2Go ensured that the lighting fit the atmosphere throughout the day - classy and elegant during the ceremony and then party-time" during the reception.Over the three years working with Neelam

Neelam at Red Rose delivered everything that was asked for the day of and more. The staff is incredible and the bar tender is one of the best I've ever come across. Last but not least, the food was great!

I have experienced this Convention center twice in the last 2 month. The food waa good and the decorations were great. The main staff was not as friendly as they should be for the $1000's that someone spends to use the hall, but food and atmosphere outweighed the horrible customer services we received when planning the wedding parties

Great venue. It's lovely and foyer is great. We've done many events there with our cold sparklers, dry ice clouds and 360 booths. We're always happy doing events there.

A beautiful and elegant large hall for wedding events and graduation ceremonies

Had an opportunity to share a beautiful experience with my friend who celebrated his wedding day at Red Rose Convention Center yesterday. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was prompt and friendly. It was amazing!

Place was impressive, lots of room and very clean.

We hosted my sisters wedding reception at Red Rose this past weekend and my experience from start to finish was amazing! I worked with Neelam since the time of booking the venue up until the event finished. She was so kind and easy to work with and any time we had any requests or issues, she would help us come up with a solution. The food was EXCELLENT and our entire family loved the apps and dinner. Overall 10/10 experience and I would def host another event here! Thank you to Neelam and the rest of the Red Rose staff for making my sisters day extra special.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception here in May 2023. We booked the venue with Anna in March of the same year, and though it could have been a stressful process due to the timing and the size of the event, Anna made it fun, simple, and easy!The hall itself is gorgeous. Nearby venues don't even compare. It's clean, classy, and the team at Red Rose is always making changes to keep the venue looking modern and luxurious.Our experience with Anna and Red Rose — from beginning to end — was everything we had hoped for. Leading up to our event, the interactions were friendly and professional, and we had a clear understanding of costs, processes, and deadlines.On the day of the event, the entire staff was so incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Anna and her team monitored the event closely the entire time so my husband and I could sit back and enjoy.I'm usually not a fan of banquet hall food, but Red Rose was so different! Their food was delicious, well seasoned, and fresh! All of our guests raved about the food days after our reception.If you have an event coming up and you actually want to enjoy it, Red Rose is the way to go. They'll make it easy and beautiful.

While I haven't actually attended here for an event, I'm writing a review based on my experience looking for a venue.The outside is very regal looking, and catches your eye as you walk in. As you walk inside to the foyer, it's designed with a similar aesthetic. Looks very grand on the inside, with beautiful staircases on each end and a waterfall in the middle. The halls beautiful, and incredibly spacious. There is a smaller venue located on the side of the building as well, for lower guest counts.The customer service was excellent, and they took their time to explain all of the features and benefits to booking an event with Red Rose. We left with the feeling that this venue would provide excellent customer service if we went with them, which was a huge benefit.There is ample parking in the lot, including accessible parking.Again while I cannot speak for the food, after looking at the menu everything appeared fantastic. There are different types you can go for, depending on which type of cusine you prefer. There are also a couple of different halal menus you can choose from as well.Looking forward to eventually attending an event here!
