Overall 10/10! Very professional, very knowledgeable….great customer service. We hav a full water treatment system…James and Ryan did an excellent annual service…plus James made a few tweaks so its running even better…he really knows his stuff! Also they were very neat and clean….left the place is good shape. Great company…I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best out there. So I moved into my home in a rural area in 2019 and was having problems ( smell and colour)with my water system after spending thousands of dollars to get it installed. We called different water guys out there but none of them knew what they were doing, one actually said it was going to cost us over 12k to fix it. My neighbour then recommended Neotec. Rob came out and did a few tests and immediately knew what to do. But not only that, they did not try to rip us off by asking us to buy new equipment. Instead they used what we had and customized it to work with our situation. They also cleaned up my furnace room which was a total disaster with all the wires hanging all over the place from our previous water guy. These are the guys to call for any water issues you might have, they're honest and knowledgable about what they do. Thank you Rob, Dan and Ken. Ken is always available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone having issues with their water or looking to install a new water system.

Great customer service.The staff was very knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with and prompt to answer my questions. They were able to help replace all my water filters and a membrane all from a couple of pictures I sent. They reminded me they do free water tests and invited me to send in a sample so we could check on my water softener performance and water pressure. Neotec has been in business for 30 years and is a well run organization with full service. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Jenna and the team for all your help.

Well my review isn't pleasant.I was hoping for them to fix my OR system with new filters.They started work without verifying that all the parts were in the box,Halfway Kian says your missing a filter. They charged full service feeand I don't have a working water Tap!Kian says he will get the missing filter which I was glad to pay for, butwill charge another service fee ($152) to complete the job.NOT FAIR

This company deserves nothing less than 5 stars. We’ve been using them for 18 years to service our softener, iron filter and UV. When our well casing failed from old age and sand was pumped into the system, they repaired and replaced as needed at a fair price once the new well was in place. The cartridge filter they had installed between the softener and UV filter stopped the sand from going any further and saved our plumbing system. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great service, Very knowledge team, installed a new pump, tannin filter, UV treatment, and a new pressure tank all in a couple hours. Instant satisfaction. No more tea water from lake Rosseau. Thank you Neotec and Rob!

Labor cost very expensive and didn’t provide a breakdown invoice. Paid $285 for some filter that cost less than $100 on amazon and 10 minutes job. Absolutely no technical skills needed for DIY annual filter change.
