Absolute scammers!!! Do not call for a service call, they will literally scam you and say they cannot repair old models and they already take their fee before looking, DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They literally confirmed they can fix it when seeing it before hand. Steer clear people, SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!

My elderly parents bought a fridge here during the pandemic and the owner assured them that there is a 3 month exchange policy. The fridge they bought does not work properly. The fridge section is too cold and freezes all vegetables/milk. I contacted them within the first month and they told me to try all the temperature settings. I've tried all and the fridge still freezes everything. Now when my parents tried to exchange the fridge the owners say they don't allow exchanges. So my elderly parents have lost their money and are stuck with a broken fridge. KJN are crooks. Save your money and buy your appliances elsewhere.

Was quoted $50.00 for delivery then it changed to $60.00 I told the owner he quoted me $50.00. so he changed the cost back.The washing machine we got shakes really bad we have to put wooden planks underneath it. Really noisy moves around and does not spin dry clothes properly. Ripped off.

Most friendliest service and great products for a good price. I bought a used washer from Shiva and I was afraid if it would break down within weeks but its been 4 months and my washer is doing great hasn't given me any trouble.

Bought a Fridge and stove from Shiva for my basement as I newly renovated it. Been 6 months and no issues at all. Shiva's a nice guy and talks to you person to person which felt comfortable. Cost me less than half the price of buying new ones and works just the same.

Very poor — based on high reviews we visited the store Thursday August 22 looking for a matching washer and dryer. None available until Monday Aug 26. We were told an Ingrid set was currently being fixed up. We phoned and no answer. Tried later and he said he was out and would calle me within 2 hours — 3 days later and no call. We bought elsewhere.

Please stay away from this place as I now have two negative experiences with K J N Appliances. They are unethical and only seem to want to make a quick buck and don't care about the customer. I bought a used refrigerator which I had to scrap a few months later as it stopped functioning. Also used them to repair a laundry appliance, and supposedly a refurbished" service part was used but malfunctioned within hours of installation. I asked them to come take a look

Bought a stove from them and now it's not working and I have called them several times and they me a service slot two times but no one came...after the fourth month they came and repaired one burner, and that same burner is not working now and the repaired burner has warranty. There is now fire coming out of the electric stove...
