Didn't get the manager's name but she went above and beyond.... thank you for customizing my hats. She was the best!!!!

Bought a cap and they did not remove the magnetic tag and packed it. Was rude the first time. Went back to remove the tag and the staff were super rude as if it was my fault that they did not remove the tag. Would have given a zero star if possible. Avoid this store as much as possible.

Employee Justin was very kind and helpful today I wanted to buy something for my boyfriend he gave me his opinion and my boyfriend loved it great service from him!

Prices are just ridiculous now. Hard to justify $40-60 on a hat. I know inflation and cost of shipping increased but the avg minimum wage earner: its a day's earning just to get a hat....

As part of an elaborate birthday present, I went to this location to order a custom Leafs Jersey for a 75 year cancer survivor who has battled through a prostate and colon surgeries who was going to the Dec 10th Leafs game. I got the sizing wrong and crafted the wrong size jersey. The manager and staff over a couple of days of communication at this location went above and beyond my expectations to help me correct my oversight and I left the day before the game with the right sized jersey. I just wanted to say how grateful I am for they're help and wanted to advised that my father had and amazing time at the game. We won in overtime. Thank You guys!

The worst customer service ever, keep yourself away from this location. I bought a hat and paid additional price for stitching a name for a friend. The stitching was messed up and when I asked the rep if she can fix she said that she wasn't the one who stiched it in the first place (her colleague did that) so she can't help me.

My experience at the store was great. Tennessee had excellent customer service and knew a lot about the hats and gave me great advice on the embroidery I wanted. She helped me get a great last minute gift for my Dad, and he loved it. Will definitely go back!

I had the most amazing experience at the store. The girls were excellent at thier work and were friendly. I went there for a customized hat. The girl listened to me and made exactly the way i wanted it. I'm so happy for the way it turned out. Thank you girls!

Asked the girl about getting a custom stitch done if it was same day or I'd have to order ahead, she said same day. Went about picking the hat and waiting behind a huge line of people and when I get to the front she says they're not doing anymore embroidery today. Well thanks for the waste of time.

The girl behind the counter was so rude.. probably the worst customer experience ever.. Waited in line for 5 minutes to get a hat that was directly behind her and the cash desk. She then told me I had to go around her and the cash desk to get it. Then I had to go to the back of the line to wait another 10 minutes.. She legit could have done a semi turn to grab it.. Then when I went to go pay she didn't even look in my direction and proceeded to talk to another employee? Thanks Rebecca.. .
